Linghu Lan stood up, stretched out her finger, and slid it down from Fuxin's lips.
Fu Xin blushed with nervousness, closed her eyes, and a chilling feeling spread through her body.
Linghu Lan smiled and looked at him, her fingers sliding to the waistband of the Heart-Binding Belt, where she stopped and remained still.
Fu Xin opened her eyes and said shyly, "Heroine, why aren't you moving?"
Linghu Lan laughed and said, "Why should I, a heroine, need to explain my actions to others?"
Fu Xin stared wide-eyed at Linghu Lan in disbelief. She had teased him so much that his heart was burning with passion, but now he suddenly stopped. Could there really be such a shameless person in the world?

Thinking this to himself, he sat up in bed, reached out and hugged Linghu Lan, wanting to kiss her lips.

He reached out and quietly took Linghu Lan's hand, saying nothing more, yet feeling incredibly at peace, as if holding her hand meant holding onto the whole world.
