Chapter 40 The Female Supporting Character's Mother - Best Friend's Rant
In July, the summer sun is scorching, baking the earth, and the air is filled with a burning heat.
Yao Yao reluctantly went out, but she had no choice; she wanted to dump that scumbag as soon as possible.
When the nanny heard that Yao Yao was about to go out, she subtly inquired, "Is Madam going shopping with a friend?"

Yaoyao: "You're welcome."
Yao Yao opened her small handbag and took out a recent photo of Zhao Kang and a folded A4 sheet of paper. She pushed the two items in front of the man, but he didn't open them, waiting for Yao Yao to continue.

After finishing her business at the coffee shop, Yaoyao went to the place she had arranged to meet her best friend, a hot pot restaurant in the center of Jiangcheng City.
When Yaoyao arrived, her best friend Qi Yueyue was already ordering food; she was really starving.
Qi Yueyue: "Yaoyao, come quick! I ordered a hot pot with two broths, your favorite tomato broth and my favorite extra spicy broth!"
Yaoyao didn't want her best friend's good appetite to be ruined by that jerk, so she smiled and said, "Yueyue, aren't you afraid of getting pimples on your face?"
Qi Yueyue is prone to getting a sore throat or other heat-related ailments. If she eats anything spicy or stays up late, she's guaranteed to break out in pimples the next day. And because she likes to pick at her pimples, she often gets acne scars, which has made her afraid to eat spicy food anymore.
"I'm scared! But I haven't had spicy hot pot for six months since I started my internship, and I'm really craving it!"
Smelling the delicious aromas around her, Yaoyao swallowed hard, saying, "To be honest, I'm craving it too. I haven't had hot pot since I got pregnant."
Qi Yueyue: "Pregnant women have to watch out for a lot of things. After our daughter is born, I'll take you out for hot pot every day!"

After Qi Yueyue calmed down completely, Yaoyao began to tell her about Zhao Kang's affair. She said that she found something unusual on his phone, but didn't have time to keep any evidence. She hired a private investigator this morning.
