Holy crap!
The driver turned the key, just about to start the engine, when with a bang, the truck crashed straight into them, instantly killing the driver and the bodyguard in the passenger seat.
"Boss, are you alright? Get out of the car quickly!"
Two bodyguards, one on each side, quickly pulled Uncle Tai towards the car, but Uncle Tai was completely panicked, his legs trembling, and he couldn't move.
Two burly men jumped off the truck and opened fire immediately.
Bang! Bang!
Two shots rang out like lightning, killing one bodyguard instantly. The remaining shot hit the car door, sparks flying, the bullet almost grazing his face.

Uncle Tai and one last bodyguard remained in the car. This bodyguard was quite clever; he kept his head inside the car and fired wildly at the window in response. Although the shots all went into the air, they at least made the assassin a little more wary.
However, the magazine of bullets was quickly emptied.
Uncle Tai huddled in the back seat, clutching his head, screaming, "Help! Help! Zhao Yu is going to kill me! Zhao Yu is going to kill me..."

The voice sounded somewhat familiar. If Tang Ping and Gao Qiqiang were there, they would definitely recognize it as An Xin's voice.
Tai Shu's eyes rekindled with hope. He kicked the leader of the men in the stomach and slammed the car door shut.
"Damn it! Kill him!"
The leader of the burly men was in a bloodthirsty frenzy. If Uncle Tai didn't die, the mission wouldn't be considered complete, and they wouldn't get the subsequent bounty. This whole job might even be a loss.
We can't let all this risk go to waste.

Another burly man grabbed him, trying to escape.

The burly leader was unwilling to give up and wanted to fight again.

Another shot came, this time it was aimed and hit him directly in the leg.

The burly man leading the group was shot; his thigh bent, and he nearly collapsed.

The other burly man panicked and quickly raised his gun to return fire, firing several shots. But the other man was shrewd and hid behind the vehicle, only managing to create a row of craters.
The burly man in the lead was pale-faced and gritted his teeth, saying, "I can't leave. You run, don't worry about me!"
Another burly man hesitated and said, "No, we go together, we die together!"
"Damn it, I told you to leave! Get out of here, run, and don't fucking look back!"
"elder brother!"
The leading burly man had his gun raised to his head, and the other burly man's eyes were bloodshot. He had no choice but to retreat first.
"Brother, have a safe journey! I couldn't lead you on the right path, it's my fault, but we two still have to leave a legacy for the Wang family!"
Watching his younger brother's figure disappear into the darkness, the burly man in the lead finally smiled with relief. His eyes were sharp as he stared at the policeman who had just fired. He pulled the trigger hard, emptying half a magazine of bullets, forcing the other man to raise his head, before finally throwing away his gun.

The moment the gunshot rang out, police forces gathered around, and several Santana police cars with flashing lights sped over and surrounded the scene.
An Xin took the lead and slowly approached, kicking the gun on the ground a little further away. Only then did the police rush forward and pin down the burly leader who was slumped on the ground.
Zhang Biao, who was leading the team, looked at the handcuffed gunman, patted An Xin on the shoulder, and said with a smug look, "Well done, An Xin, how did you know these people would target Uncle Tai?"

An Xin's expression was calm, but as he spoke, his eyes were fixed on his surroundings, as if he were searching for something.
