Eight years later.

At the top of the castle mountain, a small white aircraft was parked.

Noah took Su Yue on a trip back to their old haunts, revisiting the place where he proposed and held their wedding.

This time, however, it wasn't just the two of them.

Two small figures joined the two of them—a boy of about six years old and a girl of about four years old, both of them with fair skin and cute, well-behaved and clever appearances.

Su Yue held her brother's little hand, while her sister sat high on Noah's shoulders.

Upon seeing his sister's special treatment, the older brother immediately pouted and demanded to sit on his shoulders as well.

Su Yue clicked his tongue, bent down, lifted his son, and placed him on his shoulder. The little guy weighed about forty pounds, and Su Yue carried him for less than two minutes before his shoulders started to ache and his face began to turn pale.

This little guy isn't as well-behaved as his sister; he squirms and twists restlessly while sitting on my shoulders, making it quite a challenge...

"You brat, don't move!" Su Yue shouted, gritting his teeth as he persevered.

Suddenly, his shoulder felt light—Noah had lifted his son up like a chick.

Now Noah had one child on each shoulder, the two little ones touching each other and giggling. Noah carried the two children and calmly toured the castle, his expression unchanged, as if he were carrying two light bubbles rather than two children.

Su Yue recalled that Noah always liked to hold children. Once, he carried two children on a hike in the mountains for an hour. In the end, the children were so tired that they fell asleep in his arms, but he was still refreshed and acted as if nothing had happened.

Su Yue: "..." What's with this feeling of being outdone and completely "defeated"? He's clearly not weak, and he's quite strong, but compared to Noah... there's only one conclusion: Noah isn't human!

Seeing Su Yue's sour face, Noah asked with concern, "What's wrong?"

Su Yue pouted and snorted, "If you're so capable, pick me up too."

Noah's lips curved slightly as he lowered his voice and said, "Don't rush... wait until they're asleep tonight..."

Su Yue understood the implied meaning, spat lightly, and her cheeks flushed.

The two children, still not understanding, asked curiously:

Why do you have to wait until we're asleep?

"We're asleep, what are you going to do?"

Instead of answering, Noah asked, "Would you like to have another brother or sister?"

The older brother immediately exclaimed, "I want a little brother!"

The younger sister retorted, "I want a little sister!"

Noah looked at Su Yue, his eyes full of smiles: "What should we do? The children's needs aren't aligned... How about you cooperate more, and we'll try our best to meet all their requests? It'll also be a way to increase the population of our Crystal Clan and make a small contribution..."

Su Yue felt her cheeks burning: "How...how could you say such things in front of the child!"

The two children, thinking he disagreed, immediately began to cheer Noah on:

"We want a new little brother! And a new little sister!!"

Noah's eyes sparkled with stars, and his smile deepened: "Good, good!"

Su Yue stamped her foot: "What's so good about it! Go give birth to it yourself!" After saying that, she turned around and ran away.

Noah, carrying the two babies on his shoulders, chased after them with lightning speed: "Wait for us! Don't leave us behind, my dears..."

Without his prompting, the two children immediately began to wail: "Waaah... Mommy! Mommy! Daddy Su Yue! Don't leave us..."

Su Yue suddenly stopped in her tracks, both annoyed and amused: "Who wanted to leave you behind! I just thought you were too noisy."

Noah put the child down, stepped forward to hug Su Yue, and lowered his head to give her a deep kiss.

“I know, you’re the best,” he murmured, his breath mingling with his own. “...Mmm, open your mouth.”

Su Yue blushed and protested in a low voice, "The child is still watching!"

A gentle breeze swept across the broken walls and ruins, brushed past the green vines and leaves, and flew towards the distant snow-capped mountains.

Su Yue thought to herself: I'm afraid I can't escape this in this lifetime.
