About ten minutes later, they heard noises from inside, followed by the sound of footsteps and then the sound of a door opening.
Then they saw a unkempt, nearly 1.9-meter-tall, rugged man in his thirties with a full beard and bloodshot eyes.
Upon seeing this man, almost everyone instinctively stepped back.
Only Nan Qu and Nan Xing remained standing in the same spot.
He was clearly annoyed at being woken from his dream: "Did you guys call for me?"
Nan Qu responded, "Actually, we're looking for the owner of this hotel. If you are, then we're looking for you."
Madar looked annoyed: "What's the matter?"
Nanqu got straight to the point: "We've heard that your place is the liveliest in the town of Molda every night. We have some food that we'd like to sell on consignment with you."
Madar became even angrier upon hearing this: "You woke me up just for this? Haven't you investigated what kind of person I am?"
Nan Qu looked him up and down: "No need for investigation, it's clear now. You're a man who's about to die."
Upon hearing Nan Qu's words, everyone around gasped. Clearly, no one expected that this seemingly weak woman would dare to provoke a man who looked more than a head taller than her.
Madar was already trying his best to suppress his temper, but Nanqu unexpectedly said directly, "Let's go, let's go somewhere else. She could lose her life at any time. If we cooperate with her, we might lose everything."
Nanqu used Mandarin to say this, but her attitude spoke volumes.
This made Madar even angrier.
"careful!"
[Ah, Sister Qu, watch out!]
Ah, I can't watch anymore.
Everyone stared wide-eyed as Madar, enraged by Nanqu, charged at her. His fist, which looked as big as Nanqu's head, could practically smash Nanqu's skull with a single blow.
However, the next second, Nanqu simply tilted her head to the side and grabbed Madar's wrist.
Immediately afterwards, Nan Qu suddenly turned around, and before anyone could see clearly, she was already close to Madar and punched him several times.
Then he quickly moved to the side with Nanxing.
Madar couldn't help but laugh at Nanqu's tricks: "Your punches are like tickling... Pfft!"
Madar, who had originally intended to mock Nanqu, suddenly coughed up blood, felt extremely weak, and his face turned deathly pale.
The crowd had lost their ability to make judgments.
Dongfang Hui was already furious: "Nanqu! You crippled him?"
Nan Qu looked at Dongfang Hui: "You're not going to call me Sister Qu anymore?"
Seeing Nan Qu's calm demeanor, Dongfang Hui was almost in tears: "International disputes are very troublesome, you're like this..." Before he could finish speaking, he saw Nan Qu looking at Madar.
"Do you still think you're okay? You're not afraid of death, you must have been in a car accident recently, right?"
Madar's pupils contracted: "Me... can I still live?"
Nan Qu nodded almost imperceptibly: "If you hadn't met me, you wouldn't have survived tonight. Now, the blood clots in your body have been expelled by me. What you need to do now is go to the hospital for rehabilitation treatment."
Upon hearing this, Madar didn't dare to say anything more and quickly made a phone call.
Just when Nan Qu and the others thought they had no chance, Madar suddenly threw them a bunch of keys.
"Didn't you want to sell something? I might not have time for the next few days, so I'll leave the hotel to you for now. As long as the house is okay, you can handle the rest until I get back."
Nan Qu's eyes lit up upon hearing this: "You should have a car, right?"
Madar smiled somewhat laboriously: "I have my treasures in my garage, so please take good care of them."
Seeing how open-minded Madar was, Nanqu, who was not stingy either, tossed Madar a bottle of medicine: "Take one if you trust me."
After receiving the medicine, Madar poured out one pill without hesitation and swallowed it.
Almost the instant the medicine went down, Madar felt his breathing become easier and his body regained its strength: "What kind of medicine is this?"
Nan Qu shrugged: "It won't cure your illness, it just replenishes your vital energy. It's made from Chinese herbs."
Madar knew of the mysterious country of China, but this was the first time he had personally experienced such mysterious healing techniques from the East. Looking at the remaining items in his hand, he asked, "Can I buy these?"
Nan Qu shook her head: "It's payment for the right to use your hotel and car. As I said, this won't cure your illness, it'll just make you a little more comfortable."
Madar nodded: "I will keep it safe, thank you."
Madar was taken away by ambulance. They were left behind with the residents of the town of Molda who had gathered to watch the spectacle.
As Madar was led away, the townspeople dispersed.
Nan Qu looked at the bunch of keys in her hand, then looked at everyone and said, "Looks like we're going to be very busy tonight."
Seeing that everyone around had left, Hu Qianqian excitedly ran up to Nan Qu and exclaimed, "Sister Qu, you're amazing! How are you so incredible!"
Nan Qu said helplessly, "Why are you calling me 'Sister Qu' now too?"
Hu Qianqian said, "Only Sister Qu can express my current admiration for you!"
Ji Qi nodded vigorously beside him: "I was almost scared to death just now. But when I thought about how Sister Qu was able to kill a thug similar to this one, I figured Sister Qu could handle this one too!"
Everyone asked in unison, "Killed the thug with his own hands?"
