Chapter 66: Results Announced, Everyone Sighs (1/2)

On the day Su Xingran's exam results came out, Su Xingran and Su Guo went to school in the morning. Su Guo asked her, "Xingran, where did you go the day before yesterday? You weren't at school all day. Did something happen?"

"It's nothing, I just had something to take care of. There will be results today, then you'll know what I was doing." "Okay, let's hurry to school, or we'll be late." Su Xingran was also afraid Su Guo would keep asking questions. She hadn't even seen her grades yet, and she wasn't sure if she could succeed in what she was doing.

Su Xingran was in her second period, math class. The Chinese teacher called the math teacher, who was lecturing, out of the classroom. Middle school students are curious about everything, and seeing the two teachers talking outside, they all craned their necks to look.

Su Guo whispered from behind, "Xingran, do you think something's wrong? Look, the Chinese teacher and the math teacher are talking so excitedly outside! The math teacher's hands are gesturing wildly." Suddenly, the math teacher looked in, his gaze fixed on Su Xingran. This startled Su Guo, who quickly sat up straight, too afraid to move.

A few minutes later, the math teacher returned to the classroom, walked to Su Xingran's seat, and said, "Su Xingran, could you please go outside for a moment? The Chinese teacher is waiting for you there." The math teacher's voice trembled slightly, and his tone was somewhat excited.

Su Xingran thanked her math teacher, who waved her off and told her to go on her way. As she walked out of the classroom, her language arts teacher was standing by the door, smiling as she saw her.

"Su Xingran, the principal asked me to inform you to go to his office. Please come with me." The Chinese teacher was also very excited, although she already knew about this student and the principal's request, and knew that the principal and others wanted Su Xingran to take the exam covering all the knowledge types from junior high school.

At first, she thought it was unlikely; even with good grades, it was impossible to fully understand the knowledge the teacher hadn't yet explained. Just now, while she was in the Chinese teacher's office, the principal came to see her and told her that Su, a student in her class who had taken the exam the day before yesterday, had received her results. Her grades were outstanding; she got almost perfect scores on all six subjects.

The two quickly arrived at the principal's office. The door was open, and the Chinese teacher knocked and went in, followed by Su Xingran. The principal's face lit up with a smile as soon as he saw Su Xingran enter.

"Please sit down here, Su," the principal said, pointing to a wooden sofa in the office. The principal then took out some sample exam papers from his desk. "These are your exam papers for this exam, Su," he said. "The two proctors and I have finished grading the papers."

"Take a look yourself, Su," Su Xingran said, taking the test papers from the principal's hand. She looked through them one by one. Except for losing one point in math, she got full marks on all the others. She had already done these types of questions in her previous life, and when she came back, she would carefully review them to prevent herself from forgetting them due to the passage of time.

Su, your grades are truly excellent. Your problem-solving approaches are very clear and rigorous. We've discussed it, and the test you took covers the entire junior high curriculum. Your grades prove that you genuinely understand and master this knowledge. Therefore, we have granted your request. We hope you continue to study diligently at home. Also, remember to return to school for the midterm and final exams.

Thank you, Principal and teachers. I will definitely study hard at home. Su Xingran was very happy. The school's willingness to agree to her request was truly lenient.
