Ye Zhongping and Xue Duoyan's affair had nothing to do with Qin Hanshu. However, Xue Duoyan seemed to unilaterally regard Qin Hanshu as a rival.

That day, Cao Jing came to pick up Qin Hanshu from get off work as usual.
Ru Mei came with them.
Ru Mei looks a little different today than usual.

“Xiao Shu, we have tickets for Yue Opera here. Would you like to see it?” Cao Jing pointed at Ru Mei and said, “She got them and insisted that we go with her.”
"But this is a local opera. If you're not interested, that's fine. Let Rumei find someone else to accompany us, and we'll go home."
Qin Hanshu asked, "What time does it start? It'll be very late by the time we finish watching."
Ru Mei said, "It starts at seven o'clock, and it won't finish until at least nine o'clock."
Cao Jing: "If you're going to watch it, you can't go home today. You'll have to come to my house, which is also my parents' house, and sleep with me for one night."

The theater and the dance troupe were on the same street, and since it was still early, they had a meal first.
After finishing our meal, we strolled leisurely to the theater, and it was almost time.
At that time, the only cultural and entertainment products available to the people of the whole country were "four meat and eight vegetable" films, which included four movies, including "Tunnel Warfare," and eight model operas.
Local operas, especially those considered "decadent" like Yue Opera, are banned from performance.

Cao Jing pointed to the stage and said, "It's starting."

"Did I guess right??" Ru Mei leaned closer, gossiping, and whispered, "Are they having an affair?"
Qin Hanshu thought that since Ru Mei wasn't from their company, it wouldn't matter if she found out, so she nodded and said, "Yes, they both work in the department store, and the man is already married."
"Tsk tsk tsk!" Ru Mei glanced over there again and muttered under her breath, "Disgusting, filthy man! His wife must have been incredibly unlucky to marry him!"
Qin Hanshu quickly turned Ru Mei's head back, "Don't look, it will be very embarrassing if you find out."
It's not just embarrassing. If Ye Zhongping's affair with Xue Duoyan were discovered, it would be very serious. If someone wanted to ruin Ye Zhongping, this incident could completely destroy his future.
If Ye Zhongping discovers that Qin Hanshu knows his secret, it's hard to say what he'll think.
