Su Jianjun imitated him to inspect the soil.
"Brother, how big should the seedbed be?"

Su Jianguo measured the distance with his footsteps.

The two brothers were busy making plans when they heard a commotion of voices in the distance.

Su Jianguo looked at the group of villagers who had come to help in surprise. He hadn't expected this at all; he had even been thinking of hiring people.
He quickly went to meet him.
"Dazhu, thank you so much!"
"No need to thank me!"
Zhang Dazhu smiled憨厚ly.
"You've helped our village so much, everyone remembers it!"
Old Wang emerged from the crowd, carrying a basket in his hand.
"Jianguo, these are vegetable seeds I saved from my own garden. You can use them for now!"
Su Jianguo took the basket, which contained several small cloth bags with words like "early cucumber" and "Da Hong Pao" written crookedly on them.
"Uncle Wang, this...this is too much trouble."
"You're welcome!"
Old Wang waved his hand.
"I've farmed all my life, and I've never seen cucumbers grow in winter before! I've been waiting to see yours, the first of its kind!"
With the help of the villagers, the seedling nursery site was quickly leveled.
Su Jianguo personally guided the construction of a simple seedling shed, using bamboo poles as the frame and covering it with plastic film.

"Open it when it's hot during the day, and cover it tightly at night."
Zhang Tiezhu led a few young men to the riverbank to dig river sand, while Old Wang led a few elderly people to prepare nutrient soil.
Looking at the bustling scene, Su Jianguo felt a surge of energy.
