"That's a great idea!"
Wang Xiulan agreed.
"I've been so busy collecting money these past few days, sometimes there are so many people, I'm completely overwhelmed."
"Hiring is a good thing, but where can we find reliable people?"
Su Jianjun raised a question.
Su Jianguo smiled slightly.

"I understand, Father."
Su Jianguo nodded in satisfaction and turned to his eldest daughter.
"Yufen, starting tomorrow, you can focus on making tofu. You don't need to go to the shop anymore; just have someone deliver the tofu. You can stay home and look after the children during the day."
"Huh? Dad?"
Su Yufen was somewhat shocked.
Su Jianguo waved his hand dismissively.
"After all, Da Mao and Er Mao are still young, it's just a matter of hiring one more person."
Knowing that her father was worried about her, Su Yufen's eyes welled up with tears.

He put on his coat, pushed his bicycle, and went out the door.
He was going to the neighborhood office to solve the staffing problem for the shop.

He knocked on the door that had a sign that read "Employment Services".

A woman's voice came from inside.

She looked up and saw Su Jianguo, and asked with a smile.
"Comrade, is there anything I can help you with?"
"Hello, I'm the owner of 'Su's Vegetable Shop' at Dongdan Market. My surname is Su."
Su Jianguo introduced himself.
"The shop is too busy to handle the workload, so I'd like to hire a few employees. I'd like to ask if the neighborhood committee can help me with recommendations."
Upon hearing this, the female cadre immediately stood up enthusiastically.
"Mr. Su, please have a seat! The government is strongly supporting the development of the individual economy, and since you can provide employment opportunities, we will certainly cooperate fully."
She poured Su Jianguo a glass of hot water, then took out a stack of documents from the filing cabinet.
