Su Mingqiang paused for a second. He knew some things about Li Jinhua's school, which Li Jinhua often talked about when she went home.

The third cut then ripped through Zhang Haiyang's shirt, leaving a bloody gash on his obese belly.

Su Mingqiang roared, tears streaming down his face.
"I worked like a fucking idiot for them, mother and child!"
Zhang Haiyang finally pulled a paper cutter from the drawer and stabbed Su Mingqiang in the abdomen as Su Mingqiang swung the knife again.
The intense pain caused Su Mingqiang to pause, but he did not stop.
He grabbed Zhang Haiyang's wrist and slammed the cleaver into the man's shoulder.
"This strike is for Jin Hua!"
Another cut, slicing deep into Zhang Haiyang's thigh.
"This cut was for that child!"
With his final strike, Su Mingqiang aimed for Zhang Haiyang's heart, but at the last moment, he veered off course and severed Zhang Haiyang's ear instead.
"This strike is for myself!!"
Su Mingqiang knelt on the ground, blood gushing from the wound on his abdomen.
The sound of sirens grew louder as the office was surrounded by terrified teachers and students.
Zhang Haiyang lay groaning in a pool of blood, while Su Mingqiang slid slowly to the ground against the wall, the kitchen knife in his hand clattering to the floor.
When the police rushed in, Su Mingqiang was already unconscious due to excessive blood loss.
In a daze, he seemed to see Li Jinhua standing in the distance, holding her child, tears streaming down her face.
