Officer Li crouched down and looked directly into the old woman's eyes.
"Grandma Zhang, Zhao Xiaoyan disappeared last night, and this earring is hers too. We found it at your house this morning, along with the dumplings that were delivered. Didn't you say you hadn't seen Zhao Xiaoyan? Plus, there's the knife wound on your leg. Is there anything else you want to say?"
