Chapter 224 Ye Chen'er is rescued

These shoes look familiar; they're the most expensive calfskin cotton boots sold at Shanghai's No. 1 Leather Shoe Store, and it seems like Ye Chen'er wore them.

Yan Aidang's heart began to pound violently. He pretended to be unable to walk and leaned back in the car seat to rest for a while.

Xiao Hua also watched Yan Aidang warily. When she saw Yan Aidang walking with a limp, she felt inexplicably relieved. What policeman would look for a limp person?

Yan Aidang leaned back in his chair, pretending to drink water as he carefully observed the woman whose head was resting against the window and whose upper face was covered by a hat.

Looking at the familiar lower half of the face, Yan Aidang slowly left. He knew those two people must be child predators.

Yan Aidang told Yan Daqiang in detail what she had discovered, which made Yan Daqiang so angry that his eyes turned red.

What kind of time is this? To still dare to buy and sell human beings is simply outrageous.

Besides, the person being sold was Yan Xiaonan's good friend Ye Chen'er. No, Yan Daqiang suddenly stood up. He remembered the phone call Nannan made to him a few years ago.

What Nan Nan said was that her uncle's wife was named Xiao Hua, and she was a womanizer who wanted to take advantage of her.

So Ye Chen'er was clearly taking the blame for Nan Nan. They had mistaken her for someone else. These thugs dared to lay a hand on the only girl in the Yan family; it was truly despicable.

Yan Daqiang clenched his fist. "You have a path to heaven but you choose to walk into hell. I'll show you just how high the cost of crime is."

Yan Daqiang was experienced in combat. He was worried that the two might hurt Ye Chen'er in the heat of the moment, so he had Bao Guo change into civilian clothes and take his military officer's ID to find the train conductor.

The train conductor knew there was a major general on the train, but he didn't expect there to be a womanizer on board, especially one who was a close friend of the major general's niece.

They hurriedly and nervously followed Bao Guo's instructions and made arrangements in an orderly manner. The ticket inspectors also checked the tickets in advance.

Yan Daqiang sat in the sleeper car, wondering how to contact Yan Xiaonan, but there was no telephone or telegram available, which was very worrying.

A flock of pigeons flew in from afar. Yan Daqiang looked at the pigeons and wondered why they would come out on such a cold day.

Watching the pigeons follow the train, Yan Daqiang suddenly had a flash of inspiration. It was Nan Nan. If Nan Nan could make wolves obey, she could definitely make pigeons obey too.

So this is what Nan Nan is good at! That's great! We must bring Nan Nan into the revolutionary ranks no matter what. Her abilities can help the country develop to a higher level.

Thinking of this, Yan Daqiang rolled up the car window. As soon as the lead pigeon saw a green man rolling up the window, it flew in without hesitation and landed on the small table.

Yan Xiaonan once said, "The person wearing a leaf-green dress who opens their window upon seeing them must be my uncle, because they can fly inside."

Yan Daqiang immediately looked at the pigeon's leg and, sure enough, found a small note tied with string. He took it down and saw Yan Xiaonan's handwriting:

"Uncle, Xiao Hua has taken Ye Chen'er onto the train! Quick, save them!"

Yan Daqiang smiled. "Just as I thought! What beautiful handwriting this little girl has. She's quite capable."

He took out a pen and paper, and bold, vigorous characters appeared: "Uncle received. We are keeping a close watch on them. We estimate they will get off at the first stop and prepare to arrest them!"

I tied the paper up, released the wild pigeons, and watched them fly back. My worried heart finally settled down.

Two days later, the train arrived at its scheduled stop. Xiao Hua and her ex-husband helped the half-conscious Ye Chen'er prepare to get off the train. The train attendants were also in their positions, ready to go.

Xiao Hua and her companions were so engrossed in their impending success that they didn't realize Bao Guo was sitting right behind them, waiting for them to get off the bus.

Yan Aidang and Yan Daqiang also quickly got off the train through another door. The train conductor's men were already waiting by the door where Xiaohua was getting off.

As soon as the door opened, two staff members got out of the car and stood by the door, intentionally or unintentionally helping the comrades who needed assistance.

When Xiaohua's ex-husband got out of the car and tried to turn back to help Ye Chen'er, the staff below quickly separated him and reached out to help Ye Chen'er.

This series of actions did not arouse the suspicion of the two people; it was perfectly normal for staff to help passengers.

As the two staff members firmly supported Ye Chen'er and walked her to the side, Bao Guo, who was following behind Xiao Hua, made his move, grabbing Xiao Hua's arm and throwing her over his shoulder.

The sudden noise woke Xiaohua's ex-husband. His first reaction was that he had been discovered, and he turned around and tried to run away.

Yan Aidang had already reached the back of her ex-husband. When he turned around to run away, she raised her foot and kicked him hard, sending him staggering back several steps until he lost control and fell.

The staff waiting nearby rushed forward and firmly restrained the two people, tying them up tightly with the prepared ropes.

The surrounding passengers were stunned. When they learned that the two men were child predators and not taking their daughters to see a doctor, they were furious.

It was the anger of being deceived, the anger of being fooled, and the anger of having misjudged a wolf and mistaken it for a loyal dog.

So Xiaohua and her friend suffered a terrible fate. Their hair was violently ripped and their faces were slapped. The violence was only stopped when local police arrived.

Ye Chenming was regaining some consciousness, but he was completely powerless and unable to make a sound. He knew in his heart that he had been drugged, but he didn't know where he was.

A familiar voice came over: "Ye Chen'er, this is Yan Aidang. Don't worry, you've been rescued. I'll take you to the hospital."

Ye Chen'er's anxious heart immediately calmed down, but she truly went limp and fainted spectacularly.

Fortunately, two staff members were there to support him, preventing him from falling to the ground. Yan Daqiang looked at his son, then at the unconscious Ye Chen'er, and struggled with his thoughts.

In the end, the train conductor arranged for a car to take them to the hospital, and Yan Aidang was instructed to take good care of Yan Xiaonan's good friend, so as not to betray Yan Xiaonan's trust in him.

As for those two thieves, let their local police station handle them properly; they absolutely cannot be tolerated.

As the train conductor watched Yan Daqiang board the train, he felt a deep sense of admiration for the major general's ability and courage in successfully apprehending the bad guy.

Although the major general didn't lay a hand on the enemy, his son and bodyguard did. Look at that over-the-shoulder throw, look at that kick—even the train conductor felt the pain.

Moreover, his son even delayed his own return home for the sake of the victim, showing selflessness and a noble spirit.

Most importantly, I made a significant contribution in this operation by assisting the major general in capturing the kidnapper.

What's most important in this era? Honor, honor is the most important thing. The train conductor's mouth was curved into a smile, and the staff who were doing the work also had their mouths curved into smiles.
