She could land within a hundred meters of the space. She found a secluded spot and stayed there for three days. Her space was like a little world, where she ate, drank, and kept some storybooks.
It's never boring.
Three days later, she figured things were almost done.
She had just emerged from the space.
Unfortunately, the space only allowed her to travel a hundred meters, so she was stuck on the cliff face. Moreover, she had little sense of direction and wandered around at the bottom of the cliff until it got dark before she finally emerged and saw people.
She asked for directions all the way to the family compound.
At the entrance of the family compound, the gatekeeper saw the person dressed in tattered clothes and instinctively wanted to chase them away. What kind of place was this? Was it a place to beg? But then he remembered that Deputy Division Commander Lu's wife had recently gone missing. What if she was someone else's wife?

"Wanyue?"
Lu Yunzhou had dark circles under his eyes and looked extremely dejected.

Qiao Wanyue shook her head, "It's nothing. I fell off a cliff and didn't know the way very well, so I found my way back by asking for directions. I have some scratches, but I was lucky enough to get stuck in a crooked tree."
Lu Yunzhou breathed a sigh of relief.
He knew this was a statement to outsiders.
She must have a valid reason for returning; her secret cannot be exposed.
"Okay, I'll take you to take a shower first."
"Xingxing, go home and get your second sister-in-law's clothes."
Qiao Wanyue nodded.
The reason she didn't return unscathed was because she was afraid of arousing suspicion. After all, it was already lucky to have fallen off such a high cliff and returned unharmed; it was unrealistic to expect her to be completely unscathed.

Qiao Wanyue followed Lu Yunzhou to the bathhouse first. When the ticket collector saw that Qiao Wanyue was dirty, his brows were furrowed.
