After doing as Lin Mo instructed, the three of them squatted in a row on the bank, pulling on the rope and smelling the bloody stench floating on the river.
Suddenly, the rope in Miao Qingsong's hand felt heavier, and he exclaimed "Ouch!" in excitement, then jumped up.
Lin Mo pressed him down:
"Don't be in such a hurry. Squat down a little longer and wait until the rope starts to move before pulling."
"Huh? Won't that cause all the fish to escape?" Miao Qingsong asked, not understanding.
"Let them run away, anyway, the small bamboo basket can't hold many." Lin Mo said generously.

"Let's pull it." Lin Mo said calmly, slowly pulling the bamboo basket to the shore.
The two of them were afraid the fish would escape, so they pulled on it incredibly fast.
With a "whoosh," the three bamboo baskets were pulled into the air from the water, tracing an arc above the three people's heads.
With a "thud," the bamboo basket fell to the ground, and water gushed out through the gaps, wetting the area around it.
Ah Wang peeked out and exclaimed, "Oh my god!"
"Two of them burrowed here! And they're black-spotted!"
"Hey, there's a big, flat, silver-gray thing here!"
It was the first time the two brothers had caught a large fish other than a black bream, and they were very excited.
Lin Mo peeked out and saw that what they called "big flatfish" was actually a carp.
"This is a big carp. I didn't know there were carp. Carp are easier to catch than black bream. You can just dig up earthworms as bait. They're omnivorous."
There was at least one fish in each bamboo basket, and they were excitedly counting it.
Suddenly, a series of dark shadows loomed over the three people who were squatting.
