Chapter 80 Wang Qiang 1

"Do you know my Wang Qiang?" Zhao Yue sized up the man in front of her. He was quite good-looking, but he had never been to her house before.

"Whether he knows you or not, you'll find out by asking him when you get back," Su Chenhao replied casually.

Unable to determine the other party's background, Zhao Yue feared she had offended someone she shouldn't have, and stomped her foot.

"I'll go back and ask my husband, Wang Qiang. If you dare to lie to me, see how I deal with you!" He turned and dragged Wu Min away in a sorry state.

Once the excitement was over, the people around stopped paying attention and went about their own business.

Qiao Xiaoni said, "I never expected Wang Qiang's wife to be so annoying. You can't judge a book by its cover."

Su Chenhao said, "Don't worry, Wang Qiang won't dare to cause trouble. If he dares to come looking for trouble, I'll break his legs!"

There was clearly a story behind that statement. Qiao Xiaoni thought about how she had only collected money the first two days of her two-day stall. Wang Qiang hadn't come to collect the money today. Could it be because Su Chenhao was with her? Remembering that Wang Qiang had clearly come this morning, she seemed to recall something and turned to leave.

"You hit him before?"

"Hmm!" Su Chenhao said with a smile, "I didn't just hit him once, but taught him a lesson three times."

"You beat him up three times!" Qiao Xiaoni exclaimed in surprise. Wang Qiang was tall and burly, weighing at least 180 pounds. Su Chenhao was relatively thin compared to him. Thinking back to what happened that day, none of the five of them managed to get the better of him; he was indeed quite skilled.

Su Chenhao laughed, "I beat him up three times over something trivial. He kept his word and didn't tell anyone. He's a real man."

"Oh, I see. Does that mean we won't have to pay anything anymore?" Qiao Xiaoni smiled brightly. Saving 50 cents a day would amount to 15 yuan a month.

“If he comes to collect, we should still give him the money. We can’t let others find fault with us. Besides, fifty cents isn’t much. It’s not worth letting others have a handle against us over such a small amount of money.”

“That’s true.” Qiao Xiaoni patted Su Chenhao on the shoulder. “It’s so good to have you here. You’ve solved a lot of trouble for me.”

Su Chenhao felt the small hand on his shoulder was very warm, making him want to grab it. Just as he was about to do so, Qiao Xiaoshan's voice rang out beside him.

"We've packed our things, we can go now."

Just now, he almost went over when his sister was being bullied, but he didn't go over because he saw Su Chenhao giving him a look.

Qiao Haisheng fanned himself with a fan, and the two children standing together looked quite handsome together. He smiled slightly. He wanted to let their relationship develop naturally; he didn't want to force anything.

At this moment, Aunt Sun came to Qiao Xiaoni's side and said, "You two should come earlier tomorrow. In case Wang Qiang really listens to his wife, I won't be able to help you reserve this stall."

He can just call a few people over to set up a stall, and then you won't have anywhere to set up your stall.

Qiao Xiaoni: "Auntie, thank you for reminding me, I understand."

"Please don't blame me for not coming to help you earlier," said Aunt Sun apologetically. She had genuinely wanted to speak up for her, but then she realized that if she offended Zhao Yue, she wouldn't be able to set up her stall on the street anymore, and what would become of her family's livelihood?

Qiao Xiaoni gently comforted her, "I'm not blaming you. Even if you had come over earlier, you wouldn't have been able to help much. If that woman had spoken to me politely, I might have taught her how to make vegetable pancakes."

She messed things up because she didn't know how to talk properly; she only has herself to blame.
