Chapter 829 Poisoning 2

Fu Boyi held his hand tightly: "Chen Qiu, it's all my fault. If I hadn't wanted to go out to eat candied hawthorns, you wouldn't have been poisoned."

While they were taking a walk in the yard today, they suddenly heard the sound of someone selling candied hawthorns. They had wanted to try them for a long time, but their family wouldn't allow it. Suddenly, they wanted to know what candied hawthorns tasted like.

I don't know why I was so bewitched, but I fell for it and bought two skewers of candied hawthorn.

After returning home, he refrained from taking his medication because he was supposed to. Su Chenqiu, however, took a bite first and was subsequently poisoned.

The poison took effect very quickly, and the person soon fell into a coma, which terrified everyone.

When Su Chenhao arrived, he saw his younger brother unconscious, with Fu Boyi standing to the side, his face pale.

"What exactly happened?"

Fu Boyi recounted the whole story, feeling deeply ashamed. If he hadn't been so greedy, none of this would have happened.

Fu Jialin walked in at this moment: "We have contacted the best hospital. The doctors and nurses will be here soon. We will send him there for emergency treatment tonight."

Su Chenhao thought for a moment and said, "We'll handle it ourselves."

"What if something bad happens if it's not handled properly?" Fu Jialin felt it was safer to send him to the hospital.

“I’m his brother, I can make the decision. Arrange a car, I want to take him home.” Su Chenhao felt it was inconvenient to stay here, and going home would be more convenient.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Fu Jialin asked again. Seeing him nod firmly, he turned around to arrange for someone to get the car ready.

Fu Boyi: "Big brother, can I come back with you?"

Su Chenhao nodded: "You can come back with me, but remember not to say anything out of line."

“Okay!” Fu Boyi readily agreed.

Fu Jialin did not speak to stop them, because he sensed that danger was once again aimed at them.

Only half a month had passed, and Fu Dong couldn't resist taking action. He realized he hadn't been careful enough. With that in mind, he prepared to make some more arrangements.

The car was ready in no time. Su Chenhao carried his younger brother into the car, and Fu Boyi sat down next to him. Hua could only sit in the passenger seat.

The car started up quickly and drove away from the Fu family's house; everything seemed peaceful.

Just as we were about to reach the main road, a large rock suddenly appeared, blocking the car's way out.

Su Chenhao sensed something was wrong and had the driver get out of the car to move some stones. There weren't too many stones, and they were gone after a few moves.

After the driver got back in the car, they discovered that the brakes had failed when they tried to drive again.

"Oh no, the brakes aren't working!" The driver was terrified and broke out in a cold sweat. He hurriedly stepped on the gas and sped onto the main road. At that moment, the car couldn't stop, and oncoming cars were about to come at him.

Su Chen squinted. It seemed the car had been tampered with beforehand, and the gravel was just the trigger.

Fu Boyi was looking at the cars faster and faster, and the oncoming cars could only swerve to avoid them, which terrified him.

"What should we do?"

Su Chenhao covered his eyes with one hand and waved his other hand at the car.

With a screech, the car came to a stop at top speed. Five meters ahead was the railway track; the barriers had been lowered, indicating a train would be passing soon.

Rushing out at that moment would likely result in a car colliding with a train. Just as I was thinking this, I saw a train whoosh off in the distance.

The driver was so scared he wet his pants: "That was terrifying! I almost crashed into it."
