Lu Yang asked in surprise, "I'm not quite sure what Herrix looks like. Is he the same foreigner I met?"
The police officer coldly produced a photograph; the photograph showed the blond, blue-eyed man.
This is the one who had a conflict with Lu Yang in the bathroom last night.
Lu Yang immediately replied truthfully, "I ran into him in the restroom last night. We had some conflicts before, so we didn't say anything nice to each other. We exchanged a few words and then parted ways. What happened?"
The bespectacled policeman stared at Lu Yang and continued, "He was attacked in the bathroom."
Lu Yang finally realized why these two had come to find him; they were probably investigating who had attacked the foreigner.

The bespectacled police officer, his face stern, asked, "What's the grudge between you? Briefly explain."
Lu Yang told the truth about the foreigner wanting to buy his garment factory, and at the same time, he took out his Walkman.
He played the recording he made after meeting the foreigner the night before for the police.
The police were quite surprised; they hadn't expected Lu Yang to record the conversation.
The two police officers listened to the recording twice, then looked up at Lu Yang and asked, "Why did you think of recording it?"
