Chapter 62 Black Rain

Nanxing didn't mind, pulled her into his arms, and lowered his head to kiss her.

But he always felt that something was spying on him. He turned his head to look at the source of the gaze and saw that Jinzi and Yinzi's heads were less than five centimeters away from him and Banxia, and their two furry, innocent beast eyes were full of curiosity.

Nanxing coughed lightly and didn't dare to continue, afraid of corrupting the cats and dogs.

Banxia looked at Nanxing, then at the dog and cat with puzzled expressions, and suddenly burst out laughing.

Nanxing patted her head helplessly. Although he almost embarrassed himself, as long as his wife was happy, that was all that mattered.

At midnight, the two prepared to have lunch.

Banxia pulled out the menu that Nanxing had made: "Yesterday we had Sichuan food, the day before yesterday we had Jiangsu food, and the day before that we had Cantonese food..." She looked at Nanxing, "I don't want to eat anything ready-made today, how about barbecue?"

Then came noodles and bean products: gluten, milk-flavored steamed buns, tofu, dried tofu... thirty skewers of each.

Finally, there was chilled watermelon and chilled cola.

While she was preparing the ingredients, Nanxing was on the side preparing the seasonings and doing some simple marinating.

The beef was tender, the pork belly was fatty but not greasy, and the lamb skewers were incredibly flavorful...

The two of them thoroughly enjoyed the barbecue, the only downside being that they smelled quite strongly of each other and had to take a shower afterward.
