Xin Chong and his lackeys!
Banxia originally planned to go to S City to seek revenge on Xin Chong after the extreme heat ended, but who knew that the Xin family, from top to bottom, were all equally polite and liked to deliver their heads to others!
Then she won't hold back!
Before the two could speak, Xin Chong's lackey secretary complained, "What's going on? Why did it take you so long to open the door?"
Banxia immediately decided to include him in the list of people to be cleaned up tonight.
She had no tolerance for sycophants and retorted coldly, "This is my house. We can open the door whenever we want. Who do you think you are?"
"You..." The lackey was immediately enraged and about to start cursing.
"Alright, Xiao Jun!" Xin Chong interrupted the lackey, looking at Banxia with gentle eyes. "Madam, I am Xin, the person in charge of the Dawn Base."
"Our base is located in the southern suburbs of City A, and we have successfully rescued over five thousand survivors. We have heard that you and your spouse are exceptionally skilled in combat, and therefore cordially invite you to join our base..."
Xin Chong has a kind and benevolent face, and if you don't know his background, you can easily be deceived by his appearance.
But Banxia already knew this person's true colors and had a deep-seated hatred for him, so how could she possibly give him a friendly look?
"I'm not going, get out!"
A glint of malice flashed in Xin Chong's eyes, but he forced a magnanimous smile: "Humanity is facing unprecedented challenges. As a member of humanity, I hope you and your husband can do your part for humanity..."
Banxia was too lazy to play along with him. Anyway, he would be a dead man after tonight, so she immediately closed the door.
Xin Chong's lackey stepped forward and cursed, "You really don't know what's good for you! My leader was just being polite and praising you, and you think you're someone important?"
The tall, timid man standing to the side suddenly trembled: "Boss, I told you before, these two people are so selfish. They have so many supplies at home that they can't even fit them all, but they wouldn't even give me a bottle of water when I begged them, and they even beat me up!"
This tall man was the same one who had tried to steal with a crowbar earlier. After being let go, he not only showed no gratitude but also harbored resentment.
Banxia had already seen him and intended to deal with him together that evening. However, seeing his smug look, she immediately pulled out a dagger in annoyance. With a slight twist of her wrist, the dagger pierced his forehead amidst everyone's puzzled and incredulous gazes.
"Thump!"
It was the sound of a body hitting the ground.
The lackey stepped forward, blocking Xin Chong's path, and pointed his trembling gun at Ban Xia: "You...you actually dared to kill someone in front of us..."
Nanxing pulled Banxia behind him, his eyes warily fixed on the gun in the lackey's hand.
Banxia casually pulled two more daggers from her pocket, her tone calm and composed: "Tell me, is the gun in your hand faster, or are the two daggers in my hand faster?"
She stepped forward and walked to Nanxing's side, a cold smile playing on her lips. "Want to give it a try?"
Xin Chong felt a chill run down his spine and immediately grabbed the lackey's hand, coldly saying, "Xiao Jun, put the gun down!"
He realized that the woman in front of him was a reckless madwoman!
Xin Chong pulled his disgruntled lackey away, but after taking a few steps, he stopped and turned back meaningfully, saying, "Individual strength is always limited. How long can the three of you hold onto these supplies?"
Banxia sneered: "Mind your own business!"
He's already so cowardly, yet he still dares to provoke her?
She curled her lips into a slight smile, stabbing Xin Chong in the heart: "At worst, I'll kill one if one comes, or two if two come. Speaking of which, I just killed a piece of trash who was with eight strong men not long ago!"
Xin Chong gritted his teeth and glared at Banxia: "You're very good! Very good!!!"
He asked why his nephew and bodyguard had both disappeared!
I see!
I see!!!
Banxia smiled slightly: "I've always been fine, but you might not be so..."
Xin Chong's heart skipped a beat, as if he had been targeted by some ferocious beast, and he broke out in a cold sweat despite the hot summer weather.
He was filled with shock and doubt. He hadn't been frightened by the old foxes in politics or the cannibalistic monsters, so why was he frightened by a little girl's nonchalant tone?
He couldn't help but turn around and take a closer look. The little girl was clinging to the man's arm, looking guilty and acting coquettish.
He couldn't help but shake his head. She was just a callow little girl. If she really had this kind of aura, how could she have been tricked into committing suicide by her little niece?
Indeed, he had already recognized the villa's male owner as the one who had sent his niece to prison, and the villa's female owner's identity was obvious.
He was not interested in minor celebrities in the entertainment industry, nor did he approve of his niece marrying a powerless and insignificant man.
But he was attracted by the man's status as a big star. With this man around, laundering the dirty money in his hands would be an easy task.
Unfortunately, this man doesn't know what's good for him!
His eyes were filled with gloom. This was no longer a law-abiding society like before the apocalypse. Killing two ordinary people was incredibly easy!
Banxia had no idea what Xin Chong was thinking, and even if she did, she wouldn't care, since this man wouldn't live past tomorrow anyway!
She grabbed Nanxing's arm and begged for forgiveness: "I know that lackey wouldn't dare to shoot, that's why I provoked him! Honey, please don't be angry, okay?"
Nanxing silently closed the door, hugged her, and took a deep breath: "Wife, I know you're amazing, but I'm still scared."
He gave a bitter smile. "I'm too weak to protect you."
Throughout his life, he rarely felt fear, but almost every time it was related to the person in his arms.
