296 Adventures in Kindergarten

296 Adventures in Kindergarten

After staying at home for a few days, seeing that Li Wei was about to start school, the children were about to start school, and Da Luo was about to officially start work, the family of five finally returned to the provincial capital.

The three little ones were quite reluctant to leave. It was so nice staying at their grandparents' and maternal grandparents' houses. They could play and eat whatever they wanted, and their mother never scolded or hit them. They really didn't want to go back.

Unfortunately, they couldn't fight city hall, and all three were packed up and sent home.

After resting at home for a day, I sent the three little devils to kindergarten the next day. Perhaps because there were many of them, the three little ones were dressed neatly, especially the little girl, who was dressed up beautifully and brightly, like a little princess. They didn't seem to care at all about Li Wei and Da Luo's departure and happily ran inside to play.

Li Wei and Da Luo looked at each other, puzzled. Hadn't they heard that children cry and fuss on their first day of kindergarten? What was going on in their family? They were all so excited, which was really disappointing.

Disappointed as I am, at least now someone will take care of the kids, and I won't be causing chaos at home all the time. That's really a great thing.

After taking Li Wei home, Da Luo went to work.

It was a rare moment of peace and quiet at home, and Li Wei found it rather difficult to adjust. Aunt Gao and Sister Wei, in particular, kept tidying up the nursery, wondering if the children were doing well at kindergarten and what the food was like.

It was almost noon, and Li Wei, who had been reading all day, was just about to take a break and have lunch before taking a nap when she received a call from the kindergarten asking her parents to come in.

Li Wei was startled. Could it be that the child was homesick and crying incessantly? She quickly drove over and took Aunt Gao there.

When they arrived at the kindergarten, they found that her three little ones were fine, except that their clothes were a bit messy.

The three little ones saw their mother arrive and excitedly rushed over to hug her. Li Wei picked up the little girl, while the two older children below tugged at her clothes. Ah, this is what you call having a family!

The teachers and principal said helplessly, "We really can't do anything about it. Today, your three children hit two other children, making them cry. The three of them, especially the little girls, will attack anyone who seems amiss. The teachers say they're not afraid at all. Look, one child has a bruise on his chin from your child's blows, and another was pushed to the ground by your child and has scraped his hand. We don't know how to explain this to the parents. So, how about we come back tomorrow?"

Li Wei glanced at the three little devils who had no idea what they had done wrong. The little girl was the quicker one; she realized they seemed to have done something naughty. Her mother's gaze was unfriendly. She quickly turned her mother's face towards her: "Mommy, they pulled the little figures off my clothes. I didn't let them. They kept pulling. So my brother hit them."

Li Wei was speechless. Such a trivial matter. Because she has many children, it actually escalated into a violent incident.

There's no other way. Let's take the kids home and give them a good talking to. I've never seen so many children together before. She has three kids. That's enough for them to play together. They haven't had much experience with this kind of situation.

Even if one or two of the neighbor's children played together for a while, the outside children, being outnumbered and outmatched, didn't dare to bother her three children. So, used to being the boss at home, they were like tigers among wolves in a communal setting. -_-

Li Wei and Aunt Gao took the three little devils home, washed them, changed their clothes, and fed them lunch. To be fair, they had learned something from school, at least they ate a lot for lunch, which helped with digestion.

After the meal, Li Wei asked the three children to sit down and began to patiently explain things to them, from how to get along with other children to how they are a group and should love and care for each other.

Seeing the three little ones' eyelids drooping, Aunt Gao and Sister Wei couldn't help but say, "Li Wei, let the children take a nap first. Look how sleepy they are. What do such young children know about unity and friendship? Just make sure they don't get bullied. Stop talking. It's only the first day. They're just shy. They'll get used to it in a couple of days and become familiar with the other children."

Li Wei glanced at it, sighed, and thought, "Forget it, at least I'm not being bullied anymore. I'll go again tomorrow. I guess I'll really get used to it in a couple of days."

And so, the three little devils attended half-day classes for three consecutive days, finally becoming unbeatable in the kindergarten class and failing to integrate into the group. On the fourth day, Li Wei did not receive a call from the teacher and breathed a sigh of relief.

She had already thought it through. Since the children weren't used to school at first, it would be good if they only attended for a few days or half a day so they could gradually adapt.

But if the teachers can't manage the children well and keep calling the parents, then it's better to leave the kindergarten and find another one.

Fortunately, I've finally gotten used to it.

In fact, Li Wei really underestimated the kindergarten teachers. This kindergarten has a first-class location, facilities, and conditions, so it is expensive, and the children who come in are all from wealthy or privileged families; there are no children from ordinary families.

Although Li Wei's three little devils are not very old, they are all quite sturdy and fearless. More importantly, they are a united little gang. No matter if their parents come to pick them up or if their teachers scold them, if one of them is not properly managed, the three of them will surround them without hesitation.

Although it won't cause any real harm, since they're young and weak, it would be really unacceptable if other parents saw it, especially since the three of them are from the same family. If any parent found out, they would all be thinking about whether their own little ones would be bullied by these three.

Therefore, to be on the safe side, the kindergarten tried to ask Li Wei to pick up her child early in the first few days of the child's adjustment to kindergarten life. After a few days, when the children were all familiar with the environment, this kind of thing would not happen so frequently.

As for the kindergarten teachers, they are all shrewd. Just by looking at the three little devils' clothes, the children's parents' clothes and the car they drive, and the fact that they always bring a nanny with them, they naturally wouldn't dare to touch the children. Especially since the little girl is so quick-witted and articulate, she's not easy to fool.

Li Wei knew the intricacies of the matter. She herself never cared about it, but for the sake of her children's bright and elegant appearance, she made sure to choose the best cars for them, and even gave special instructions to Aunt Gao who was going with them.

So in the teacher's eyes, these three little devils were a headache, but no one dared to offend them.

But the teachers were also curious. One time, one of the younger teachers asked Xiaoya, "Shanshan, what does your father do for a living?"

Little girl: "My dad is a policeman who catches bad guys."

The teacher then asked, "And what about Shanshan's mother?"

Xiao Ya: "My mom is a college student. She goes to class every day while reading."

The teacher was confused, but persisted, "So, who in your family earns the most money? How much do they earn?"

Little Girl: "My mom, of course. My dad said my mom is the Goddess of Wealth, but I won't tell anyone how much money my mom makes. My mom said anyone who asks me how much money my family has is a bad person. Auntie, are you a bad person?"

The teacher was completely baffled. What kind of family is this?!

As for asking about Roy Roll's two mischievous rascals, they weren't as easy to talk to as the little girl. They were busy playing all day long, and when the teacher tried to chatter, they would impatiently say, "This is a private matter. Adults shouldn't pry into children's business."

Their demeanor, expressions, and tone of voice were exactly like a miniature version of their father, Da Luo.

The teacher was speechless and rolled her eyes, thinking to herself, "What kind of child is this? He's so young and already knows how to be impatient. Honestly, I wonder if his parents always act like this with him."

Actually, the teacher really wronged Li Wei and Da Luo. Generally speaking, the two of them are quite patient with the children, except for the two times when the three of them ran in while their parents were doing something good. They were scolded so harshly and were quite pitiful.

So I remember that quote very well. It's just that they changed it a bit, much to my dismay.

The three kids have finally adapted to kindergarten life, and Li Wei has also started school.

The senior year courses are not as intensive as the junior year courses, after all, graduation and job placement are just around the corner. Moreover, because foreign language majors have been in high demand in the past two years, many good departments are looking for people but can't find enough, so everyone is not worried about finding a job, but is just figuring out what kind of company to choose.

Meanwhile, many training institutions and foreign-related organizations often come to these college students on their own to do private jobs, which can earn them a lot of extra money.

During her sophomore year, Li Wei was approached twice by classmates or teachers because of her good grades and attractive appearance. However, Li Wei had neither the time nor the interest and never went out to do it.

But this time was different. The department leaders directly selected several students with excellent spoken English and informed them that there was a very formal reception at the municipal government the next day, requiring them to provide translation and reception services. This was a school task, not a money-making opportunity, but something that had to be done well, and the department leaders had elevated it to a matter of school honor.

With such a heavy burden looming over them, several students, including Xu Ting, Li Wei, and Xiao Ning, had no choice but to accept it. They even had to pledge that they would definitely complete the task, live up to the trust of the organization and leaders, and not bring shame to the school, and so on.

Of course, these words were spoken by class leader Jiang Xiaoshi; others didn't have that awareness or ability.

Although I was somewhat reluctant, I still had to prepare properly; the boss said it was a formal occasion, and...

This shouldn't be a problem for girls. Girls who study foreign languages are usually quite fashionable and have their own shopping, so they're not at a loss.

Compared to her classmates, Li Wei was more worldly-wise and didn't care much about these things.

But when Li Lianhui arrived for dinner, he brought a girl with him, which really surprised Li Wei.
