Chang Deyu was eventually persuaded by Tang Xiaoxiao.
In truth, he admired people like Liang Xingming. After working in the workplace for a long time, many people gradually forget their original aspirations and become the very kind of person they used to despise.
It is truly rare to find someone who can stay true to themselves.
The reason he refused to return to his original company was because he was tired of the endless backstabbing and intrigue. He just wanted to work diligently and rise to the top based on his own abilities, but there were always some petty people who liked to resort to underhanded and shady tactics.
With someone like Liang Xingming working alongside you, at least you don't have to worry about him sabotaging you behind your back.
And isn't it a kind of luck for them to be able to work under such an enlightened boss as Tang Xiaoxiao?
The next day was another round of exhausting interviews. Tang Xiaoxiao had initially planned for only two days of interviews to recruit a portion of the staff and get the company up and running, with more staff to be added later.
After two days of interviews, a total of nine people were selected: a vice president of operations, two supervisors, a livestock breeding technician with three years of experience leading two interns, a receptionist, and two mechanical repair workers.
The two supervisors were from the accounting department and the human resources department, respectively. After appointing these two, Chang Deyu simply passed the buck, leaving the remaining recruitment tasks to the two of them to handle themselves.
He is, after all, a general manager. Before, when he had no one under his command, he had to act as an interviewer himself. Now that he has people to use, he naturally doesn't need to do everything himself.
Tang Xiaoxiao doesn't care about anything. With such high salaries paid to the managers, why should she, the behind-the-scenes boss, have to put in so much effort?
The new employees were entrusted with important tasks before they could even prepare themselves mentally. Although they all secretly complained, the more capable they were, the more work they would do, and the more bonuses the boss would give them. The company was just starting out, and once it developed, they would be considered company veterans. None of them were short-sighted. If they had hesitated when they first applied for the job, the newly registered company, the simple office building in the countryside, and the incredibly young boss all seemed so unreliable, they all became very motivated after they learned about the company's strength.
Both farms were completed and ready to go. Tang Xiaoxiao didn't delay and allocated funds to purchase 500 sows and 20 breeding pigs. She also purchased 50,000 chicks.
As for trivial matters such as how to mate and breed, Tang Xiaoxiao did not interfere at all with the professionals. She only required that the special feed she provided be used and did not allow the keepers to feed them other food on their own.
Several employees strongly protested this point, especially Liang Xingming, who almost thought that Tang Xiaoxiao, like his unscrupulous former employer who had been reported, wanted to feed the livestock with something shady.
Given how important feed is to the livestock industry, Tang Xiaoxiao, an outsider, immediately offered to provide it. Their first reaction was that the boss must have friends or relatives in the feed production industry and wanted to pull strings. They thought the boss was making a request out of personal connections. But what exactly are the ingredients of that feed? Is the nutrition adequate? Are there any harmful additives?
They knew nothing about these things, so they were unwilling to agree, even if the boss suggested it!
Tang Xiaoxiao wasn't angry when her subordinates questioned her; they were doing it for the company's sake, and as their boss, she was more than happy about it.
She didn't want to use commercially available feed; she planned to make her own.
