Tang Xiaoxiao didn't know how much Tang Xinxin had said, so she vaguely replied, "It seems like she mentioned it briefly, but I didn't take it seriously and didn't ask for details."
Upon hearing this, Tang's mother sighed and said, "Of course your father and I are genuinely happy that your sister is willing to date, but the choice of partner... Then Tang Xinxin said, "Yes, I called Mom the day before yesterday. I've already been to He Zhan's house. The old man's idea is that since we both feel good about each other, we should speed things up and get married sooner. We're not young anymore, so don't be like those young people who date for several years."
Tang Xiaoxiao was truly shocked.
"You've already been to He Zhan's house?! Good heavens, why didn't you tell me anything?!"
Tang Xinxin said somewhat guiltily, "I wanted to call you after I left his house that day, but something got in the way and I forgot about it."
