Chapter 22 Not a Good Student

Snap!

Zhong Yan shook her hand, her expression somewhat sinister: "Teacher, you are indeed virtuous. I just wonder, after being someone's lover for so many years, you don't even have a child of your own. Do you feel lonely in the dead of night?"

In her past life, she had heard that Wang Yan had never had children because she was the mistress of a wealthy businessman surnamed Huang. Not only that, but the businessman's wife found out and reported it to the school, which caused quite a stir at the time.

Wang Yan's face turned pale instantly, and she even forgot that her friend had slapped her. How did she know? This was her biggest secret.

She always felt that being a teacher was just a side job for her.

She also had many grievances against the students in her class, and wished she could just kick them out of school, but all of that was accumulated on the basis that no one knew about her own affairs.

Now, it's over.

"Zhong Yan, you..."

"What happened to me?" Zhong Yan scrutinized her expression, her gaze growing increasingly cold. "The teacher is so aggressive that I have no choice but to find a way to protect myself. But those children you aborted are now following you."

"What did you say!" Wang Yan felt her legs go weak. She had spoken very softly, and only she could hear it, but it was enough to shock her.

The students next to her watched as their once arrogant English teacher gradually quieted down, looking as if she might collapse at any moment, utterly pathetic.

Zhong Yan snorted lightly: "Teacher, are you still going to make things difficult for me now?"

Wang Yan trembled, but still forced herself to say, "Zhong Yan, you don't need to scare me. Let me tell you, I don't believe in any of this nonsense."

Zhong Yan's lips curled slightly, her smile appearing sweet, but in reality, it exuded a sinister aura: "Whether ghosts exist in this world depends on whether you believe in them or not. To be honest, I was born with the ability to see ghosts and spirits. Right on your shoulder, there are three little ghosts, two girls and one boy, crying and asking you why you don't want them!"

Wang Yan looked at her in horror. How did Zhong Yan know that she had aborted three children and even know their genders? She took a few steps back, and fear gradually surfaced on her face. After Zhong Yan said that, she felt a heavy weight on her shoulders, as if something was desperately pulling her down.

"ah!"

"..."

Wang Yan let out a scream and staggered away, clearly showing signs of panic. Zhong Yan watched her retreating figure, her brows furrowing slightly, her expression complex.

Hopefully, Wang Yan can figure things out soon and find a way to help those children pass on to the afterlife; otherwise, there might be serious trouble ahead.

She did not lie.

The classmates were dumbfounded. Was it really resolved just like that? Everyone knew that Wang Yan had a bad temper and wouldn't give anyone face when she made a scene.

Does this mean that what Zhong Yan just said is true?

They harbored suspicions, but none dared to ask, for they all knew very well that they had previously plotted against Zhong Yan. Now it seemed that Zhong Yan was not someone to be trifled with; one wrong move and they could easily find themselves in trouble.

Seeing their reactions, Li Ruotong couldn't help but laugh out loud: "Zhong Yan, it seems they're all afraid of you, otherwise, why would they be like this?"

Zhong Yan raised an eyebrow. Afraid of her? Not necessarily! She felt that these people were clearly playing favorites, but they were just kids, so she wouldn't bother with them.

However, she didn't expect that just because she didn't cause trouble, it didn't mean that others wouldn't provoke her.

She hadn't been sitting there for five minutes when a crumpled piece of paper was thrown at her, aimed directly at her head. She was furious and turned to look!

"What's up?"

"Uh..." Sun Yang never expected that she would suddenly turn around and meet his gaze so closely that he didn't even have a chance to lie.

"If there's nothing else, be quiet. I don't have time to mess around with you." Zhong Yan frowned and was about to turn back to her book. These people had better not bother her anymore, or else she wouldn't be so ruthless.

Of course, the "affection" she referred to was only a tiny bit.
