After a strong kiss, He Yanting's face was full of satisfaction.
His slightly rough thumb gently wiped the smudged lipstick from the corner of Jiang Xu's mouth. His voice was low and pleasant: "The little cake is indeed sweet and delicious."

He Yanting continued picking at the fishbone, his tone as nonchalant as if he was chatting casually: "He placed Luna by my side so that he could monitor me and steal business information."

"When did you find out?"

As he was speaking, Gao Cheng came in to deliver documents.
Jiang Xu asked He Yanting: "So why didn't you call the police and arrest her earlier?"
He Yanting took the document and replied as he read it: "She is just a small fish. I want to catch the big fish behind her."
He didn't say anything else, but Jiang Xu understood that he had caught a big fish, so he put away his fishing rod.
Jiang Xu glanced at Gao Cheng suspiciously. "So you hired Luna as your assistant just to catch a big fish, nothing else?"
He Yanting was about to stand up when he frowned and said, "What else can I mean?"
He went to the desk to sign, and Jiang Xu looked at Gao Cheng meaningfully.
This guy once said that He Yanting recruited Luna just to piss her off.

Gao Cheng is He Yanting's right-hand man, so asking him to owe him a favor might be useful when he leaves in the future.
