Jiang Yue's hands and feet hurt right now, but she can't fall asleep.
She sat up and went to her desk.

Jiang Shan took a bowl, ladled out a bowl of egg drop soup, and gave two eggs to Jiang Yue.

Seeing his brother-in-law's actions, Lu Yu picked up his wife's favorite dish and put it in her bowl.
"Eat more meat and drink some fish soup."
Lu Yu said gently.
"This fish is the one you caught today, and Aunt Tang and the others brought it back."
Hearing Lu Yu's words, Jiang Yue looked at the fish in the bowl.
She raised her head, her eyes full of smiles, and said to Lu Yu and Jiang Shan.
"Then you must eat more, this is my kind gesture."
Jiang Shan nodded.
My sister wouldn't have been so badly injured if she hadn't been fishing for him to eat.
Seeing her brother's remorseful expression, Jiang Yue comforted him.
"Brother, don't be sad, my injury will be healed in a few days."
After Jiang Yue finished speaking, she ate the dishes that Lu Yu and her older brother had prepared with gusto.
Seeing his wife enjoying her meal, Lu Yu used serving chopsticks to put a few more bites of food on Jiang Yue's plate.
Jiang Yue didn't have much of an appetite at first, but after tasting the dishes made by Lu Yu and her older brother, and with their expectant eyes, she ate a whole dinner and even drank two bowls of soup.
Today's dishes are all very light. Jiang Yue has been living in Xiangcheng for a long time and likes spicy food. Even when she's injured, she still wants to eat spicy food.
"Lu Yu, cook a dish with chili peppers tomorrow."
Hearing his wife's words, Lu Yu did not agree.
"The military doctor said that you should eat light food for now. You can eat spicy food in a few days."
Jiang Yue pouted, looking somewhat unhappy, upon hearing Lu Yu's words.
Seeing his wife's angry expression, Lu Yu found it incredibly cute. It was a pity his brother-in-law was watching him intently; otherwise, he would definitely have given his wife a kiss.
“Little sister, listen to me, you really can’t eat spicy food right now. Once you’re feeling better, you can eat whatever you want,” Jiang Shan also said, trying to persuade Jiang Yue.
Jiang Yue hummed in agreement.
I'm going for a walk.
She heard the discussions outside today; there were all sorts of things being said.
She had finished eating and wanted to take a walk in the yard to aid digestion.
