"Our darling is just so outstanding..."
Hearing his daughter-in-law's proud words, Mr. Jiang nodded in agreement.
"It's all thanks to your excellent upbringing, my wife."
Hearing her husband's words, Jiang's mother's eyes filled with smiles. She knew perfectly well that her husband was just trying to make her happy. But her daughter was indeed very well-educated.
Jiang Yue took a nap upstairs. When she woke up, her second brother, Jiang He, was holding Sanbao in the living room.
The rattle drum made a loud noise.
After looking at Sanbao for a while, Jiang He realized that trying to coax Sanbao with this thing again would be ineffective.
Jiang He couldn't help but laugh.
“Little sister, Sanbao looks exactly like you when you were little.”
Their interest in toys only lasts a few minutes. Of course, they can be entertained with a toy for a while each day, but they are not the type of person who can hold a toy and play with it for days on end.
Sanbao's favorite thing now is being carried around, and occasionally he will reach out his hand when he sees some flowers.
However, no one dared to let Sanbao handle those things, for fear of scratching her hands.
At only six months old, she is already so intelligent and incredibly strong.
When Sanbao saw Jiang Yue, his eyes immediately changed, and he started babbling at her.
Jiang Yue took the three treasures and asked with a smile.
"Second brother, why didn't you go out today?"
Jiang He shook his head.
"It's too cold, and I still have a wound on my neck. It's snowing heavily outside today."
Hearing that it was snowing heavily, Jiang Yue carried Sanbao to the door, opened it, and saw that it was indeed snowing heavily outside.
Sanbao saw what was happening outside and shouted excitedly.
Jiang Yue didn't indulge her and carried her in directly.
"ah..."
Sanbao's gaze was still fixed outside, and his tone seemed somewhat angry.
Hearing Sanbao's cries, Jiang's mother quickly came over.
"You silly child, it's snowing heavily outside, you mustn't take Sanbao outside."
Jiang Yue nodded.
Mother Jiang held the three babies and gently comforted them again.
"My dear Sanbao, Grandma will take you to see the flowers."
There's a small glass room in the old house where some flowers and plants are kept.
During the days that Grandpa and Grandma Jiang were away from home, Mom and Dad Jiang would come back from time to time to take care of them.
Camellias and plum blossoms are in bloom this season.
Sanbao really enjoys looking at flowers. When he sees a flower, he might want to reach out and pick it, but he can also look at it for a long time.
Seeing that Sanbao was staring at the flowers and reaching out his little hand, Jiang's mother quickly stepped back.
Sanbao, however, kept making incoherent noises.
When Mr. Jiang heard the noise, he came over. Seeing his granddaughter's appearance, he smiled and stepped forward to take the three treasures.
"Sanbao, these flowers are for admiring, not for picking."
Sanbao couldn't understand what her father was saying, but she didn't make a fuss anymore. The couple stayed in the greenhouse with Sanbao for more than an hour.
When Grandpa Lu and Grandma Lu arrived, they only saw Da Bao and Er Bao. Grandpa Lu immediately asked.
"Old Jiang, where's Sanbao?"
"My daughter-in-law took it to the greenhouse."
Upon hearing that it was Grandma Jiang who carried her great-granddaughter into the flower room, Grandpa Lu remembered that Sanbao liked to look at flowers, so he immediately went to the room next door where several guards were sitting by the fire.
"Xiao Zhao, go find someone to buy a few pots of blooming camellias, and also have someone build the glass house..."
He used to think that Old Man Jiang's glass house wasn't very impressive, considering how meticulously he cared for the plants. Although they also had a glass house at home, they had very few plants inside.
He can't let himself be outdone by Lao Jiang now.
