They didn't give me any face at all.
At that moment, they realized the difference between private and state-owned enterprises.
State-owned enterprises might be able to resolve the issue internally, but private enterprises are exposed directly, slapped in the face without mercy.
This also served as a wake-up call for the purchasing department.
