Sun Dabao and Li Hanzi followed Wu Changfeng and County Chief Guo to the riverbank.

"You don't need to worry about the work over there. I'm giving you an important task."
The portly manager asked, "Boss, just give the order. What task do you need?"
Wu Changfeng took out the blueprints and said, "This time it's simpler; the blueprints and everything else are ready."
This set of construction drawings was completed by Jiangcheng Design Institute a long time ago.
