Li Dapeng was dressed in a sharp suit.
Zhang Hai and I stood at the entrance, greeting the distinguished guests one by one.
There were government officials, onlookers, and business owners from the surrounding areas of Jiangcheng who ran light industries.
Zhang Hai's planning was naturally indispensable for the grand opening ceremony.
Now, all of Qimingxing's external activities are directed and organized by Zhang Hai.
Because of my outstanding work ability, I was ostracized by my colleagues.
Now, under Wu Changfeng's arrangement, he has been given a position where he can use his abilities.
Li Dapeng said to Zhang Hai, "Thank you so much. Look, I didn't even think of giving away free drinks and desserts. I just wanted to bring people here to sell shops."
Zhang Hai smiled and said, "To put it bluntly, it's about considering the details. After all, they are our big spenders. Just imagine them as an emperor on an imperial tour."
Li Dapeng gave a thumbs up: "Then I'll leave this place to you. I'll go greet the guests and see how popular we are today."
Zhang Hai nodded, indicating that marketing was not his responsibility and that he should let Li Dapeng handle it.
Before long, Wu Changfeng arrived with Mayor Cui.
Zhang Hai quickly opened the car door: "Welcome Mayor Cui to guide our work."
Mayor Cui got out of the car and was quite surprised to see the huge crowd. He asked, "Not bad, the atmosphere is great. May I ask, were you not delayed?"
Zhang Hai smiled and said, "Mayor Cui, all the employees of Qimingxing are wearing uniforms; the rest are guests."
Mayor Cui said to Wu Changfeng, "Your subordinates are quite capable. I originally thought it was just our two families. Is this the start of a sale?"
Wu Changfeng said with a smile, "The vast majority of them are here to buy shops. I started this project not long after the trade city was built."
"It's good to be prepared. Now I feel relieved. Let's go take a look."
Zhang Hai led the group into the trading city.
They introduced the activities and the trade city at the same time.
Inside the trade city, many simply dressed small business owners, some carrying briefcases, followed Li Dapeng around, holding brochures in their hands.
Li Dapeng shouted at the top of his lungs, "Everyone, we've known each other for a while now. Before, it was all just empty talk, but now you've all seen the Trade City bow, right?"
"I'm not bragging, but this place will become the largest clothing distribution center in the north in the future, and our company and the government will provide unremitting support."
"Build a second Yiwu!"
"Are there any business owners here who have been to Yiwu City before?"
“Compare the environment. This Qinghe Trade City was built to the highest current standards, so the materials used are naturally of the highest quality.”
“Look at these shops, they are all standard 25 square meters, which is enough for you to display your goods.”
“There are also large warehouses and truck turnover areas around our trade city, and the infrastructure is complete.”
"Let me tell you something in secret: a highway will be built here soon, which will greatly improve logistics and make it easier to ship goods."
"This is the elevator for transporting goods. This is the elevator for people, so customers and buyers can reach their respective floors as quickly as possible, no matter which floor the shop is on."
"So don't be afraid of not having enough customers because of a bad floor."
A chubby boss asked, "How do you collect your property management fees?"
Li Dapeng said, "Mr. Zhang, that's a good question. Our trade city has a policy that anyone who signs a contract this month will be exempt from property management fees for three years. After three years, the fees will be charged according to market prices. But rest assured, we are building this trade city to revitalize the local economy, not to make money from property management fees."
After whispering with the other small business owners around him for a while, Mr. Zhang asked again, "Can I get a loan?"
Li Dapeng smiled and said, "Of course."
"That makes things much easier."
The group chattered for a while, and then they all went to the sales hall.
The scene of people rushing to buy was incredibly lively!
They almost got into a fight.
Although Li Dapeng said the positions were all the same, they knew that they were not the same at all; there were still some differences.
The best spots were snapped up instantly.
The salespeople at Morning Star were so busy they were practically turning their heads back and forth.
Zhang Hai even arranged for someone to announce the votes: "Congratulations, Boss Zhang, on acquiring a shop! May everything go smoothly and may you be blessed with wealth!"
"Mr. Li acted decisively, buying two sets at once! Congratulations on your great fortune!"
Some hesitant investors, caught up in the intense atmosphere, lost their composure and made purchases without hesitation.
Mayor Cui was stunned by the scene of the frenzy of buying, then burst into laughter: "Changfeng, it seems that the first step in the development of the trade city is going very well."
Wu Changfeng nodded: "This is only a part. More merchants will move in in the future, which will drive many surrounding industries, such as service industry, logistics industry, catering industry, entertainment industry and so on."
Mayor Cui nodded: "It is indeed a project that benefits the local people."
County Chief Guo remarked from the side, "Mayor Cui really has a long-term vision!"
Mayor Cui rolled his eyes. "I don't have your eye for things. Good heavens, the address that was originally Jiangcheng has been changed to Chishui County."
However, Mayor Cui didn't say anything; after all, it was all his own achievement.
After the group had walked around for a while, Mayor Cui noticed another group of people surrounding Qimingxing employees and asked, "What are they doing over there? It looks like they're signing contracts. Why aren't they in the sales hall?"
Wu Changfeng responded, "I forgot to tell you, those are the villagers of Qinghe Village. They all chose to relocate and exchange their shops for land."
"Relocation?" Mayor Cui realized: "So the relocation didn't involve paying cash?"
"A few households also wanted cash."
