Photosensitive Green Oil: Grinding the board → Printing photosensitive green oil → Molding the board → Developing the film → Grinding the board → Printing the board → Baking the board → Inspection Purpose: Photosensitive green oil is used to transfer the pattern from the green oil film onto the board, serving to protect the circuitry and prevent soldering.

9. Characters: After final application of green oil → Cool and let stand → Adjust the screen → Print characters → Re-apply for mounting → Check Purpose: Characters are easily identifiable symbols that serve as indicators when installing electronic components.

10. Gold-plated fingers: Plate the plug → Degrease → Wash twice with water → Micro-etch → Wash twice with water → Pickling → Copper plating → Wash with water → Nickel plating → Wash with water → Gold plating to make it more hard and wear-resistant. The purpose is to plate a layer of nickel and gold of the required thickness on the plug fingers.

11. Tin-plating board: micro-etching → air drying → preheating → rosin coating → solder coating → hot air leveling → air cooling → washing and air drying to protect the copper surface from corrosion and oxidation. The purpose of tin plating is to spray a layer of lead-tin onto the bare copper surface that is not covered with solder resist.

12. Forming: This is divided into milling plates and die-cut plates. The purpose is to use molds or CNC milling machines to mill out the shapes required by customers. Milling machine plates and die-cut plates have higher precision, while hand-cut plates can only produce some simple shapes.

13. Testing: Upper mold → Plate placement → Testing → Pass → FQC visual inspection → Fail → Repair → Retest → OK. Visual inspection may not easily detect open circuits. The purpose is to pass 100% electronic testing to detect defects such as short circuits that affect functionality. It is mainly divided into test rack testing and flying probe testing.

14. Final Inspection: Incoming material inspection → visual inspection → qualified → FQA spot check → qualified → packaging → unqualified → handling → inspection → OK and repair minor defects. The purpose is to prevent problematic and defective boards from being released by 100% visual inspection of the appearance defects of the boards.
