Mayor Cui's arrival startled Director Tie.
When someone informed that Mayor Cui had arrived at the police station, Minister Tie immediately straightened his clothes and hurried downstairs.

"Alright." After Minister Tie and the others sat down, he asked, "Mayor Cui, what instructions have you come to give?"
"Call the police."
Minister Tie's smile vanished immediately.
For a mayor to call the police, that must be a really big deal!
Under normal circumstances, Mayor Cui rarely interacts with the public security department privately.
This was also to avoid any appearance of impropriety.
He only speaks more when assigning tasks in public.
Minister Tie straightened his expression and said, "Please speak."
Mayor Cui handed the floor to Wu Changfeng: "Let him speak."
