After defeating the ancient beast, Lin Yu and his companions did not have much time to indulge in the joy of victory. They knew that in this mysterious Dragon Kingdom, dangers were everywhere and could come again at any time.
Lin Yu looked down at the mysterious key in his hand. It had calmed down after the beast fell, and the patterns on its surface shimmered with a strange light under the reflection of the surrounding spirit crystals. "The power of this key appears so suddenly and briefly every time. How can I fully control it?" Lin Yu's heart was filled with doubts and desires. Su Yao's body was still weak. She leaned against a huge spirit crystal, looking at Lin Yu's focused profile, and felt distressed. "Lin Yu, don't worry too much. We will always find a way. You are also injured. Take a rest first." Su Yao said softly. There was a hint of fatigue in her voice, but more of her concern for Lin Yu.
Lin Yu raised his head and looked at Su Yao's pale face, his heart tightened. "Su Yao, how are you? Are you still in pain? It's all my fault for not protecting you." Lin Yu's eyes revealed a trace of guilt. He felt that he had not fulfilled his responsibility to protect his companions.
Su Yao forced a smile and shook her head. "I'm fine, don't worry about me. We are a team and we have to face difficulties together. Don't take all the responsibility on yourself." Su Yao's voice was soft but full of determination. She didn't want Lin Yu to blame himself for her.
Xiao Yi walked over carelessly and patted Lin Yu on the shoulder. "Lin Yu, Su Yao is right, don't blame yourself. We are all fine now! Besides, there are so many treasures here. Suddenly, a low rumble erupted from the spirit crystal vein, as if the earth were roaring. Then, powerful beams of energy erupted from the spirit crystal vein, shooting towards the crowd.
"Everyone be careful, get out of the way!" Lin Yu shouted loudly, and he quickly pulled Su Yao to the side to avoid.
Everyone used their skills to dodge the energy beams. Xiao Yi waved his weapon, trying to block some of the energy beams, but he found that the energy beams were very powerful. When his weapon came into contact with the energy beams, it made a harsh metallic friction sound.
"Why is the power of this energy beam so strong? We can't resist it at all!" Xiao Yi shouted loudly, with a trace of anxiety on his face.
Su Yao's face became even paler. Her body had not recovered from her previous injuries, and she seemed to be struggling to avoid the energy beam. Lin Yu protected her tightly, his heart full of worry. "Su Yao, hold on, we will definitely find a way!" Lin Yu said loudly, his eyes revealing a hint of determination.
You Qianxue and Bing Ling'er cast ice spells, trying to freeze some energy beams, but they found that the temperature of these energy beams was extremely high, and their ice spells had little effect on them.
