Gu Juan said: "Her name is Wu Yu, and she and I have the same instructor."

Xi Lang took his hand and kissed it, then glanced at the ring on his finger. Xiao Juan was his, and no one else could covet her.

"She looks older than you."

"About twenty-four or twenty-five. Why are you asking her?" Gu Juan asked dissatisfiedly.

Xi Lang smiled and said, "Nothing, that's your senior sister."

Watching Gu Juan emerge from a black SUV, and a tall, handsome man carrying two large suitcases and a black backpack, Wu Yu was stunned. She momentarily forgot to eat her bread, and her sleepiness completely vanished. She had thought her luggage was plenty, but she hadn't expected this junior fellow to be even more extravagant.

"Senior Sister, good morning." Gu Juan pulled the suitcase to the side of the road.

"Good morning..." Wu Yu said, "Junior brother, you brought so many things that I can't help but wonder if I'm not well prepared."

"The instructor said to only bring clothes and daily necessities. There will be no problem if we prepare according to his instructions." Gu Juan was embarrassed to say that most of what he brought were food. If others heard it, they would definitely think he was a foodie.

Xi Lang came over, put his arm around his shoulders, and nodded to Wu Yu, "You are Xiao Juan's senior sister, right?"

Wu Yu quickly stood up and asked, "Yes. Who are you?"

Xi Lang paused, not knowing how to introduce himself. He hadn't minded being called Xiao Juan's older brother before, but now, he wanted everyone to know that he was Gu Juan's man.

Gu Juan took his left hand and said to Wu Yu, "This is my man, his last name is Xi."

"Ah...awesome." Wu Yu exclaimed when he saw the rings on the two people's hands that were obviously a pair. There was only surprise in his eyes, and no contempt.

Xi Lang looked at his lover and his heart softened like a puddle of water.

"I heard from Xiaojuan that you will be gone for a week this time. He is younger than you and has no experience in providing free medical services in rural areas. Please take good care of him, Senior Sister."

Wu Yu said readily, "That's what I should do. Don't worry, Mr. Xi."

"If it's convenient, can I ask for your phone number?" Xi Lang asked.

Gu Juan looked at him sideways. Could it be that this guy wanted to develop an undercover agent around him?

Xi Langcun saved Wu Yu's phone number and patted his waist. "I'll go buy you breakfast. What do you want to eat?"

Gu Juan never wanted to miss out on delicious food, "Mushroom chicken porridge and fresh vegetable omelet."

"Sister, do you want to eat something more?" Xi Lang asked Wu Yu.

Wu Yu shook his head. "No, thank you. I've almost finished eating."

Xi Lang went to a nearby breakfast shop to buy breakfast.

Wu Yu patted Gu Juan's shoulder carelessly and gave him a thumbs up, "Great!"

Gu Juan understood what she meant and smiled faintly, "Thank you." He wouldn't go around publicizing his relationship with the old man, but if someone asked, he wouldn't hesitate to tell them. Perhaps it was because his realm had risen again, and he was becoming more open-minded about things.

At this time, three students walked out of the school, one girl and three boys, all dragging suitcases. When they saw Gu Juan and Wu Yu, they walked over quickly.

"Classmates, you are also going to Guiyi Village, right?" A tall boy with slightly chubby cheeks waved at Gu Juan.

Gu Juan nodded, "You too?" Liang Yuntang had not mentioned before that there were other people going with them.

"Yes." The chubby-cheeked boy said, "The four of us are all studying under Professor Guo Jianwen. Let me introduce myself. My name is Cheng Feng."

The two sides introduced themselves to each other. The boy with glasses was Zhou Dong, the muscular boy who looked more like an athlete was Jin Meng, and the petite girl with short hair was Fang Lingling.

"That's great, I'm not the only girl." Fang Lingling trotted over to Wu Yu, "The two of us can keep each other company."

Wu Yu smiled and nodded, "Yes, we must take care of each other."

Xi Lang came over and handed the breakfast to Gu Juan.

“Eat it while it’s hot.”

Several older boys smelled the aroma and felt hungry. On the first day with their mentor, no one dared to be late. They all woke up early and hadn't eaten breakfast yet.

"It's still early before the gathering time, let's go buy breakfast." Cheng Feng suggested.

"Okay, let's go." Jin Meng responded first, "Gu Juan, could you please help look after our luggage?"

Gu Juan said: "No problem."

He stood with Xi Lang, and Wu Yu felt like a light bulb, so he simply went with Fang Lingling.

The way Gu Juan lowered his head to drink his porridge looked particularly gentle in Xi Lang's eyes. He felt reluctant to leave him and wiped the corner of his mouth with a tissue. "Xiao Juan, don't forget to call me when you get there. I will miss you."

"Don't say anything to me in public that will make my heart beat faster." Gu Juan glared at him. He didn't want to go away on the day after his wedding, but there was nothing he could do.

Xi Lang curled his lips, "Okay, I won't say anymore."

Gu Juan took two sips of the mushroom and chicken porridge, handed it to Xi Lang, and started eating the fresh vegetable omelet. The owner had thoughtfully placed a plastic fork in the paper bag.

He asked Xi Lang, "Will you eat when you get back to the company?"

"Yes, we sell breakfast in the company cafeteria." Xi Lang handed the porridge over, "Have some porridge before you eat."

People passing by couldn't help but look at them, thinking that two handsome guys eating breakfast on the roadside was a very unique sight.

Wu Yu and the others came back one after another. After a while, a small school bus drove out of the school and stopped in front of them.

Liang Yuntang and a middle-aged man of similar age leaned out of the car. This middle-aged man was Guo Jianwen, tall, muscular, and with a rather stern expression.

Liang Yuntang asked, "Is everyone here?"

Wu Yu said: "Teacher, my junior brother and I are here."

Beside him, Cheng Feng also said: "Teacher, the four of us are all here."

"Then get in the car." Guo Jianwen said.

Gu Juan stuffed the paper bag of omelets in his hand to Xi Lang, wiped his mouth, and put on his backpack. "Old man, I'm leaving."

"Well, get in the car." After Xi Lang helped him put the suitcase into the luggage compartment, he helped several other students.

"I'm leaving." Gu Juan took a last look at Xi Lang, made a phone call gesture, and got into the car.

Xi Lang watched the school bus go away, and his heart felt empty. There was no one around him, and he always felt like something was missing.

Gu Juan saw through the glass that the smile on his face faded, and her heart felt a little sad. As she listened to the classmates around her chatting lively, her feelings of parting gradually dispelled.

Liang Yuntang and Guo Jianwen looked at the students chattering, as excited as if they were going on a trip, and did not interfere with them. They thought in their hearts: I hope your spirits will still be so high when we get there.

The school bus drove for more than half an hour to take them to the train station.

There were eight people in Gu Juan's group, and they all had a lot of luggage, plus some small medical equipment and medicines, so the luggage had to be checked in.

After checking in, several people went to the waiting room to wait for the train.

As Xi Lang had said, it was the beginning of the new semester, and the train station was packed, eighty percent of them university students. Some were leaving the capital directly for their studies in other provinces, while others were transferring to other trains. The waiting room was bustling with activity, but thanks to the police maintaining order, it didn't seem chaotic.

After waiting for more than twenty minutes, several people checked their tickets and entered the station.

The tickets were booked in advance, and all eight of us had seats next to each other. Many people also bought standing tickets, and the aisles were gradually occupied by passengers.

Guo Jianwen instructed: "Everyone, take good care of your luggage. Boys, please be more considerate of the girls."

Jin Meng said: "Teacher, don't worry, we will take good care of the girls."

Guo Jianwen nodded, and he and Liang Yuntang closed their eyes and went to rest.

Zhou Dong was prepared. He took out a deck of cards and invited Gu Juan, Jin Meng, and Cheng Feng to play Landlord. Wu Yu and Fang Lingling huddled together, chatting quietly. They were all killing time.

By midday, Wu Yu, Cheng Feng, and the others were no longer in high spirits. They were all tall, but confined to a small space, and sitting for long periods of time was extremely uncomfortable. The corridors were almost completely packed, so even if they tried to stand outside for a while, there wasn't even room to put their feet.

Several people leaned back in their chairs, feeling sleepy. Only Gu Juan remained calm and at ease, listening to music with headphones on, making others envious.

The conductor pushed the dining car and shouted: "Lunch boxes are here, lunch boxes are here..."

"I'm really hungry." Jin Meng opened his eyes and touched his stomach.

Cheng Feng immediately said, "Don't buy the boxed lunches on the train. I often travel by train during the winter and summer holidays, and the boxed lunches I buy are always terrible. I even suspect that the chefs on the train have agreed to deliberately make the food inedible."

"That's right," Zhou Dong agreed. "For someone like me who can't cook, even if I just throw all the vegetables and seasonings into the wok and stir-fry them, it won't taste as bad as the boxed lunch on the train."

"I don't like the food on the train either. I might as well buy a few packets of snacks to make do." Jin Meng opened his backpack on the luggage rack, took out a few packets of snacks and put them on the table. "Take whatever you want to eat."

Everyone took out the food they had prepared.

Gu Juan also opened his backpack and took out the three disposable lunch boxes that Shi Lang had packed for him. The lunch boxes hadn't lost their shape even after being in the backpack for so long.

Smelling the enticing aroma, Cheng Feng and the others looked over, secretly drooling. Even Liang Yuntang and Guo Jianwen opened their eyes.

Gu Juan handed a lunch box to Liang Yuntang, "Teachers, this is the mushroom and vegetable bun my family prepared for me. It's still hot. Please try it."

Liang Yuntang took it with a laugh, "Then we won't be polite."
