Zhao Dongyang was completely frozen.
There was a sound of auspicious breathing in my ears, and such a big wolf was leaning against my back.
I felt like I was going to bite my neck off in the next second.
Then the car sank and Jingyao sat on it.
In front of her was Jixiang's broad back.
Looking at the furry back, Jing Yao couldn't help but hug Jixiang and rubbed her face against Jixiang's back a few times.
“Ouch!”
Jixiang couldn't help but scream.
The sudden noise almost made Zhao Dongyang drop his motorcycle.
"Captain Zhao, we're all seated, let's go."
Zhao Dongyang didn't want to walk, he wanted to be pushed.
"Oh... okay."
With the wolf behind him, Zhao Dongyang started the motorcycle with gritted teeth.
For the first time, Zhao Dongyang decided that this road was so long that it seemed like he would never reach the end.
When they arrived at Jingyao's RV, Jixiang even licked Zhao Dongyang's neck.
At that moment, his mind was full of thoughts.
Fortunately, Jixiang only licked it.
After Jing Yao brought Jixiang down, she happened to see that Zhao Dongyang had a strange expression on his face.
It was as if he was about to fight someone in the next second.
"Captain Zhao, what's wrong with you?"
"Ah?" Zhao Dongyang came back to his senses from those random thoughts, "Nothing, Miss Jing, I'm going back."
Jing Yao always felt that Zhao Dongyang's expression was a little strange, but since he didn't say anything, it was not easy for her to ask him further.
"Hey? The lady is back!"
Aunt Lin heard some noise outside in the car, as if the young lady was talking to someone.
When I opened the window, it was indeed my own daughter.
As soon as I opened the car door, I saw a man riding away on a motorcycle.
"Miss, what is that?"
"Someone from the Du Group."
Aunt Lin said "Oh".
In a blink of an eye, I saw that Jixiang seemed to be in a bad mood.
"What happened to Jixiang?"
Jingyao lowered her head and glanced at Jixiang beside her legs.
"Maybe... it's smelly. It's okay, just let it rest for a while."
Aunt Lin smelled the stench in the air and looked at the thick smoke in the distance, and suddenly she seemed to understand something.
As long as the pet is not sick, she doesn’t know whether she can find a veterinarian if it is sick.
"Don't stand there anymore, come up quickly, I've warmed up the porridge for you."
The two men and the wolf quickly got into the car.
Jingyao got in the car and looked around but didn't see her grandfather, which made her feel a little strange.
"Where's Grandpa?"
"The old man said he wasn't feeling well, so he went to lie down in bed."
"How long?"
Aunt Lin looked at the time. It had been more than an hour since the old man said he was not feeling well.
"More than an hour."
Jing Yao calculated the time and found that it was not long after she left that her grandfather said he was not feeling well.
She walked to the back of the car worriedly and lifted the privacy curtain. Her grandfather was lying on his side with his back facing the inside of the car, wrapped in a quilt.
"grandfather?"
"grandfather?"
I called out twice, but grandpa didn't respond.
No, since grandpa got older, he has become a very light sleeper and can be woken up by the slightest noise.
Jingyao reached out and turned her grandfather over.
What caught my eye was my grandfather’s red face.
Jing Yao's face changed drastically. She touched her grandfather's forehead and felt it was burning hot.
Grandpa has a fever.
"Auntie Lin! Auntie Lin! Hurry up and bring the fever-reducing medicine and fever patches."
Aunt Lin was standing behind Jingyao, but because the place was too small, she couldn't see clearly what was going on inside.
Now hearing Jing Yao's panicked voice, Aunt Lin tiptoed to take a look inside, and saw that the old man's face was abnormally red.
She was also startled and quickly turned around to get the fever-reducing patch and antipyretic medicine.
These things had been found when Jingyao had a fever before, and Aunt Lin poured her another cup of warm water.
Jing Yao first put the fever-reducing patch on her grandfather's forehead, then helped her grandfather sit up on her body.
Aunt Lin took out a piece of antipyretic medicine and fed it into Grandpa's mouth. Jing Yao quickly asked Grandpa to drink a sip of water so that he could swallow the medicine.
Then put grandpa down and covered him with a blanket.
Jingyao sat on the edge of the bed and stared at her grandfather in a daze.
Aunt Lin blamed herself deeply. The old man was not feeling well, and she blamed herself for not taking good care of him.
"Miss, it's all my fault for not taking good care of her."
If I had been more careful, the old man would not have had a fever.
The same thing happened with Miss Jingyao last time. If I had gotten up in the middle of the night to check on her, she wouldn't have had a fever until daytime and been discovered.
"Aunt Lin, this is not your fault."
At that moment just now, Jing Yao was indeed a little flustered, and even felt that Aunt Lin had not taken good care of her grandfather.
But after feeding the medicine to grandpa, Jingyao calmed down a lot.
Ever since grandpa took the "Shenglonghuohudan", his health has been much better and he hasn't even been sick once.
Although this fever came out of nowhere, Jing Yao calmed down and couldn't help but make a bold guess.
Is Grandpa going to mutate too?
After this thought came to her mind, Jing Yao felt a little uneasy. She hoped that her grandfather had gained superpowers after the mutation, but she was also worried that her grandfather had mutated into a zombie.
It’s no wonder Jingyao thought this way. The timing of her grandfather’s fever was indeed a bit sensitive.
"Jixiang! Come here!"
Jingyao remembered that Jixiang could smell the odor of a pile of zombies, even if they had not yet completely mutated.
To be at ease, let Jixiang smell it.
Jixiang walked in with a swaying step.
"Come here and smell Grandpa."
