Ever since the day she announced her divorce, her aunt took her daughter back to her parents' home. She didn't want her daughter to live that kind of life anymore. If Jiang Wei wanted to be a workhorse, so be it; she wouldn't stop him. But he shouldn't try to drag her into this sacrifice. She wasn't a candle, burning herself to light up others.
When she arrived at her parents' house, she told them about the recent events. Her aunt and uncle were also surprised. How could Jiang Wei not distinguish between what was important and what was not?
