Chapter 215 Extra Chapter: Jiang Xin Twenty-Five

Yan Ling ran out and ran into Jiang Xin in the corridor. He glared at Jiang Xin fiercely and said, "Are you satisfied with how I look now?!"

Jiang Xin looked bewildered. What did his appearance have to do with her? Her schedule was so tight every day that she couldn't spare any attention to him. If she hadn't heard about that incident from her classmate today, she wouldn't have known that Yan Ling was now playing such a wild game.

Thinking of what her classmate had said, Jiang Xin's eyes involuntarily drifted to his lower body. Yan Ling seemed to realize something, left with a "You just wait" remark, and then hurriedly ran away.

When Jiang Xin saw his excited reaction, she knew that what his classmate said was probably true. She never expected that Yan Ling would have such a miserable day. It was truly gratifying.

Jiang Wei tried to act like a subservient grandson to Zhang Dan's family for a long time, but failed to get them to give in. Exhausted, he returned home and saw his nephew lying on the sofa as if nothing had happened. He was furious.

Just as he was about to reprimand him, Yanling unexpectedly accused him first: "Uncle, you actually hit me! You hit me for an outsider?"

Jiang Wei took a deep breath and told himself that he was still a child and shouldn't take it personally. He tried desperately to calm himself down.

“Yanling, it’s not that your uncle wants to hit you, but think about it, how can our family fight against Zhang Dan’s family? They are rich and powerful, and besides, you hit her first. We are in the wrong. If I don’t show some attitude today, they won’t let it go.”

Yanling didn't listen to any of his earnest explanations. He thought his uncle was just like those other people, looking down on him. He yelled at Jiang Wei, "I didn't expect you to be such a coward. What's so great about having money? Zhang Dan is my girlfriend. They won't dare to do anything to me!"

A hint of hurt flashed across Jiang Wei's eyes. He hadn't expected his nephew to say such a thing about him, calling him a coward. Ha! How many people in this world aren't afraid of death?

He was wholeheartedly thinking of his nephew, but to his surprise, his nephew not only failed to understand his good intentions, but also mocked him.

She had poured so much effort into him, and was on the verge of losing her wife and children because of him. How could he betray her kindness in raising her like this!

Seeing that his uncle didn't speak, Yanling thought that he was guilty because he had been caught out, so he said again, "Uncle, I'm hungry."

"If you're hungry, just cook for yourself."

Jiang Wei didn't want to talk to him anymore. From now on, he would no longer care about Yan Ling's affairs. There was no reward for his good intentions, so why should he try to win Yan Ling's favor?

"I won't!"

Yanling was unreasonable, but she was also very assertive.

To his surprise, his uncle ignored him completely and went straight back to his bedroom to rest.

Jiang Wei tossed and turned in bed, unable to sleep. He couldn't understand how he could say such hurtful things when he was willing to suffer himself to meet Jiang Wei's various demands.

Yanling was still complaining in his heart that his uncle didn't cook for him, completely unaware that Jiang Wei had already planned to kick him out of the house and stop supporting him.

The next day, he didn't go to school and wandered around outside all day. When he returned home in the evening, he found that the locks had been changed. Yanling pounded on the door and shouted, "Uncle, open the door!"

After knocking for a long time without any response, Yanling still didn't realize the seriousness of the problem. He thought his uncle didn't know that he hadn't gone to school today.

After waiting for a while and still not seeing her uncle return, Yanling took out her phone to call him, but no one answered the phone for a long time.

Just as he was getting impatient and about to bang on the door, his neighbor came out to throw out the trash. Seeing him standing at the door, the neighbor quickly said to him, "Your uncle went on a business trip out of town. He packed your luggage and left it at my house. I'll get it for you."

After saying that, he went back into the house to get his luggage. Yanling was confused. What did that mean? Why was his uncle packing his luggage for his business trip?

The neighbor tossed a bundle wrapped in an old bed sheet into Yanling's arms and was about to turn and go inside when Yanling stopped him and asked, "What does this mean? Why did he change the locks when he went on a business trip?"

The neighbor, Aunt Li, had a good relationship with her aunt. She had never liked Jiang Wei's nephew, who was a hooligan. He not only ate and drank for free, but also stayed at someone else's house and acted like a big shot. How could such a big boy have the nerve to ask his aunt to wash his clothes?

These neighbors had said a lot about Jiang Wei's family before, but they wouldn't listen. Now, it's all good. No one knows how the couple suddenly came to their senses and finally decided to drive this hoodlum away.

The news spread like wildfire among the neighbors, who were overjoyed. Everyone in the area loathed Yanling.

He was a bad boy from a young age, always fighting, smoking and drinking, and showing no respect for his elders. When he met neighbors on the street, he always acted arrogantly and never greeted them.

Families with children worry that their children will not learn good things from him, so they are told from a young age not to play with him.

"He rented out the house, and I don't know anything else. Don't come here anymore, your uncle and aunt don't live here anymore."

"Where did they go?"

Aunt Li rolled her eyes impatiently. She had kindly offered him an answer, and he didn't even know how to address her properly! If it weren't for the fact that he was about to leave, she wouldn't have bothered with him at all.

"How would I know where they went! Anyway, they're not coming back, and you don't need to come anymore. The tenants will be moving in today."

After saying that, he pushed Yanling out of the yard and turned to close the door.

Yanling was dumbfounded. He hadn't expected his uncle to abandon him. He thought angrily, "Don't think you can make a fool of me like this. He doesn't care if I don't live at his house! It's not like I can't stay at school!"

When Yanling arrived at school with his package, the teacher told him to complete the transfer procedures as soon as possible, otherwise it would be embarrassing to be expelled.

Yanling stood blankly downstairs at the dormitory building, not knowing where to go or what to do.
