Tian Ye looked at Dr. Jin and said, "Dr. Jin, thank you for taking care of my mother these days. My mother's illness has been cured and she doesn't need surgery anymore."
"Nonsense! You're playing with your mother's life!" Doctor Jin roared angrily. He had seen Tian Ye as knowledgeable, but he hadn't expected her to be so ignorant. If a single pill could cure a tumor, what were doctors like us doing? He had never heard of a specific drug for treating tumors.
Tian Ye shook his head and looked at Su Jinyue, his eyes full of trust in her, "I believe in Doctor Su."
"I believe in Dr. Su, too," Tian Zheng agreed. Dr. Su was a miracle doctor; there was nothing she couldn't cure.
And my sister, the fact that she had such a big change all of a sudden must be related to Dr. Su. When my sister came in just now, he thought there was something wrong with his eyes. If his mother's illness hadn't been cured yet, he would have pulled my sister to ask what was going on.
"You! Okay, I'll give your mother a full checkup now. If the tumor is still there, you can have Dr. Su treat her." Dr. Jin pointed at Su Jinyue, shaking with anger. He had never seen such a family member believe in such a perverse cult even when their family was on the verge of death.
Everyone in the Tian family looked at Su Jinyue, and Su Jinyue smiled and nodded.
Doctor Jin became even angrier upon seeing this, and yelled at the nurse beside him: "The operation is temporarily canceled, go and check the patient." Wait until the test results come out, and see what the Tian family has to say.
"Okay!" Several nurses nodded.
Liu Yushuang glanced at Su Jinyue and stepped forward to help Tian's mother get out of bed. Unexpectedly, Tian's mother got out of bed by herself, and she didn't look like a patient at all.
Liu Yushuang and the other nurses present all had a hint of surprise in their eyes. Could it be that the medicine really worked?
Doctor Jin frowned when he saw Mother Tian's expression. What was going on? He didn't believe the pill had worked, though. It was likely Mother Tian's mind was working. She'd believed Su Jinyue's words and thought her health had improved. This woman was really good at deceiving people.
"Doctor Su, please sit for a while. I'll be back soon." Mother Tian said to Su Jinyue with a smile, and followed the nurse outside.
Doctor Jin snorted coldly and walked to a chair nearby and sat down. The results would be out soon anyway, so he would just wait here.
"Doctor Su, have you been doing well overseas these years? Have you and your family returned this time?" Father Tian looked at Su Jinyue with a smile. He had originally wanted to accompany his wife to the checkup, but when he saw that she could walk on her own, he knew that her health had improved a lot, so he didn't go with her.
"My parents didn't come back, and this time they came back to accompany my master and others." Su Jinyue said with a smile.
"I haven't seen your master in a long time. I'll go have tea and play chess with him when I get back," Tian's father said with a smile. Since they were neighbors, he had often visited Dr. Su's family when they were here.
Su Jinyue smiled and nodded, "My master has been thinking about you too."
Tian Zheng pulled Tian Ye aside and asked, "Sister, why do you suddenly become so beautiful?"
