Zhan Yeping sat on the cold ground for a long time before she came to her senses.
She looked up at Zhan Yihan who was standing in front of her, and when she met his cold eyes, she quickly looked away.

As midnight approached, the temperature around her plummeted. Zhan Yeping was frozen stiff, even her fingers and legs were numb. If this continued, she would freeze to death. She had to find her way home.

Su Jinyue also saw the scene where Zhan Yeping slipped and slid off the cliff, but the cliff was too deep and her spiritual sense could not reach the bottom of the cliff at all.
She shook her head and followed Zhan Yihan. Although she didn't like Zhan Yiping, she was Yihan's sister after all.
The two came to the cliff where Zhan Yeping fell.

Zhan Yihan felt his hand was empty, and he quickly turned around to see Su Jinyue being caught in a whirlpool. He turned around anxiously to grab her, but when his hand was about to grab Su Jinyue's hand, the whirlpool shot out a white light and bounced him away.
Zhan Yihan steadied himself and when he looked over again, Su Jinyue and the vortex had long disappeared.
No! Zhan Yihan screamed in his heart, his face filled with anxiety and panic. He searched the pool like a madman. Without Jin Yue, his life was meaningless.
Time passed unnoticed, and Zhan Yihan didn't know how long he had been searching until he had no more strength left. He closed his eyes wearily, and his body slowly sank to the bottom of the water. "Jin Yue, wait for me. I won't let you go alone."
A powerful suction force came over him, and Zhan Yihan smiled in relief. "Jin Yue, here I come!"
