"Don't get me wrong, I don't want to do anything. I just want to know if that tall, cold man lives with her?" Seeing Tian Ye's expression, Ling Ge knew that Tian Ye had misunderstood his intentions.
"A man who's so cold he can kill you?" Tian Ye asked in surprise. How could she not know of such a person?
Linger nodded. "They were together last night and seemed very close."
"Oh! Are you talking about Dr. Su's girlfriend?" Tian Ye quickly remembered Zhan Yihan. She had met Zhan Yihan once at the mall, so she knew that Dr. Su already had a girlfriend.
"Should be, does he live here?" Linger asked. He hoped not to run into Zhan Yihan, as Zhan Yihan put too much pressure on him and made him feel scared whenever he saw him.
"I don't know, Dr. Su, you're back." Seeing Su Jinyue coming back, Tian Ye greeted her with a smile.
Su Jinyue smiled and nodded, looking at Ling Ge, "You're here." She knew he would come today.
"Yeah." Linger nodded in response.
Su Jinyue stepped forward and opened the door, "Let's go in and talk."
"Okay." Ling Ge followed Su Jinyue into the house.
Tian Ye followed suit. She didn't know who Ling Ge was, but he was a man after all. What if he wanted to do something to Dr. Su? She could be of some use.
The three of them sat down in the yard, and Su Jinyue went into the house to get some tea and snacks for the two of them. Seeing a hint of vigilance in Tian Ye's eyes when she looked at Ling Ge, she knew that Tian Ye followed in to protect her.
"Have you thought it through?" Su Jinyue picked up the teacup in front of her, gently turned the cup in her hand with her slender white fingers, and looked at Ling Ge with a faint smile.
"I heard you're still a student," Linger said. He had thought it through clearly before and decided to trust Su Jinyue, but now he was hesitant. Whether Su Jinyue was a doctor or a student, she didn't understand entertainment culture.
"That's right, but does this have anything to do with identity?" Su Jinyue raised her eyebrows playfully.
"As the saying goes, different trades are like different mountains. Aren't you afraid I'll fail?" Ling Ge asked. She'd asked him before if he'd ever considered becoming the owner of a cultural company? That meant investing money in him. Wasn't she afraid of losing it all? After all, they'd only met once.
