Chen Wang carries the keys to several stores.
After taking Qi Jianping in to look at the properties one by one, the two of them went together to get a lease contract.
After Qi Jianping and Chen Wang signed, Chen Wang went to the hospital again and asked Chen Dazhuang to sign his name as well.
Chen Wang’s three storefronts are 434 square meters, and Chen Dazhuang’s two storefronts are 255 square meters.
The rent is two yuan per square meter, so the annual rent is 868 and 510, and for five years it is 4340 and 2550.
After the contract was signed, Qi Jianping asked Chen Wang to go to a nearby bank together and transferred 4,000 yuan directly to Chen Wang's account. The remaining 340 yuan and Chen Dazhuang's 2,550 yuan were paid in cash.
"Brother, I'll go back first. I live on the 5th floor over there. Feel free to come and see me if you need anything."
After coming out of the bank, Qi Jianping raised his hand, pointed to a residential building not far away, and said goodbye with a smile.
"Okay, I'll give you the key to the front door."
Chen Wang handed him a bunch of keys.
He asked someone to make copies of these keys. The keys that the original landlord Xu Yunhai gave to him and Chen Dazhuang were all kept at home.

Qi Jianping took the key and went towards where he lived.
Chen Wang raised his wrist to check the time and found that it was already past four o'clock.
He quickly stopped a tricycle on the street and asked the driver to take him to the station.
I'm in a hurry to go back now, so I can only help Chen Dazhuang pay the rent for him first.

She cooked a meal at noon today and fried two dishes but didn't finish them. In the evening, she just heated up the meal and ate it with the little girl.
Chen Wang is not at home, and the two of them have limited appetite.
"Then just cook me a bowl of noodles."
Chen Wang made a suggestion.
Lin Xiuqin smiled and nodded, then went to the kitchen.
"Let's go, go back to your room and eat, don't drop it on the floor."
Chen Wang saw the little girl unpacking the paper package and shouted.
"Okay, here we come!!"
The little girl responded loudly.
After sitting in the room and watching TV for a while, his wife quickly brought him a large bowl of fragrant egg noodles with some meat slices in it and placed it on the table for him.
Chen Wang handed the little thing to her, then sat over, moved the bowl in front of him, and started slurping the noodles in big mouthfuls.
"Sister-in-law, this is delicious, you should eat it too."
The little girl handed a piece of cake to Lin Xiuqin.
Lin Xiuqin held the little guy in her arms, without using her hands to take it, and smiled and shook her head.
"Try it!"
The little girl stood on tiptoe and held the cake high.
Lin Xiuqin smiled, lowered her head to take a bite, and nodded to indicate that it was delicious.
"Right, it's filled with red beans, so sticky and sweet."
The little girl smiled sweetly, took a big bite herself, looked at Chen Wang and asked, "Brother, how is Sister Yulan? When can she bring the baby back?"
