"Hehe! It didn't turn yellow! Jiang Xuanxuan said I was being disrespectful by calling you Boss Xia, and she made me apologize to you!" Yang Yajing said with a grin.
"Who? I don't know him!" the person on the other end of the phone said deliberately. "A young lady like you shouldn't befriend just any random person. Be normal!"
Everyone present was stunned. Was this Chairman Xia himself? Chairman Xia had Yang Yajing's private phone number? Wait a minute? Yang Yajing had just hung up on Xia Changlong's call?
Goodness! Just who is this Yang Yajing?
"I told you we're old classmates! You're really nosy!" Yang Yajing continued bluntly.
“You’re managing the shop for my wife! I have to keep an eye on you for her! So you don’t just bring in any random person to try and build connections! Young people need to learn this!”
Xia Changlong probably overheard the gossip at the dinner party and knew that Yang Yajing didn't want people to know about their relationship, so he brought up the wife as an excuse.
"Mr. Tao is so smart, why are you in such a hurry?"
"You really didn't sabotage the project?"
"It's not shut down! It's not shut down! Go make your money! Don't worry about the food court, okay? Our boss Tao said she'll have 100% freedom!"
Yang Yajing's rudeness caused everyone present to gasp. Did they think Yang Yajing was in for a rough time? Would she be verbally abused to the point of losing her bearings?

"Who says I weigh 200 pounds? I'm not even 160! You skinny bastard! Can't you tell the front from the back?" Yu Yue retorted directly, who was afraid of who?
"Yang Yajing..." someone finally spoke up, "Are you that familiar with Chairman Xia?"
"It's alright! I'm familiar with General Manager Tao," Yang Yajing said casually. "I work for her and manage the food court!"
"Sigh! Looks like we still have to suck up to the right people!" Pang Yan quickly changed the subject. "President Xia dotes on his wife so much, clinging to Mrs. Xia's coattails is the right thing to do. Yang Yajing is so clever!"
