"That's not what I meant!" Meng Yuan felt embarrassed and defended himself.
"You all grew up in big families, so naturally you don't know how delicious these so-called cheap snacks are! I suggest that we can get together often, have barbecue today and hot pot tomorrow, how enjoyable it would be!" Lan Rongrong said excitedly.
"I fully agree with this. I'll treat you tomorrow!" Su Muyu quickly raised her hand and said.
"How can I let you treat me? After all, you are my new classmate. I will treat you tomorrow. Let's go to Dongling Street for dinner. There is a restaurant there that serves delicious sweet and sour fish. Let's go there!" Lan Rongrong said.
"Then it will be me the day after tomorrow. I'll pay and you can choose the place. I don't know much about these snacks." Jin Xu said embarrassedly.

"If you come out to eat and drink with us every night, I guarantee that your brother will come to your door within three days!" Lan Ziye said.
Everyone was silent. They were all children of large families with strict rules. They were not so free to do whatever they wanted, let alone come to such a mixed place. This was not allowed by their elders.
The group quietly went up to the second floor, where a waitress immediately came to greet them at the staircase, "Excuse me, which private room did you reserve?"
"The Peony Room!" Meng Yuan said.
"Then please follow me!" the waitress greeted enthusiastically.
So a group of people followed the waiter to the private room on the second floor.
The Peony Room was at the very back of the second floor. The waitress pushed open the door and said, "The menu is on the table. Order first. I'll make you some tea!"
Meng Yuan nodded and walked into the private room.
The private room is not big. Inside is a large round table that can seat up to ten people. There is a half-person-high cabinet at the door of the private room. Napkins and a kettle are placed on the cabinet, and sterilized tableware is inside the cabinet.
There are two pots of bamboo in the corner of the private room as decoration, and landscape paintings hang on the wall.
"I didn't expect this barbecue restaurant to be so pretentious!" Su Muyu said.
"Do you think these are antiques? The paintings on the wall are only fifty yuan a piece at the street stall, and you can pick them at random. Those two bamboo pots are only four or five hundred yuan! They're just for decorating the private room." Lan Rongrong said, "This is Nanwang Street. All the people living here are ordinary people. There's no such thing as elegance!"
"Lan Rongrong, I've discovered you know a lot!" Su Muyu exclaimed in surprise, "I thought you were all young ladies and gentlemen who had never done any housework!"
Lan Rongrong said proudly: "They count, but I don't!"
"Is it because you've been hanging out with Ou Jingxuan more recently that your knowledge has increased?" Zhu Ning pointed out at the right time.
"Even if Ou Jingxuan wasn't here, I still know more than you guys!" Lan Rongrong said unconvincedly. Then she looked up at Su Muyu, patted the seat next to her and said, "Su Muyu, sit here!"
Su Muyu sat down next to Lan Rongrong without hesitation.
Lan Ziye was responsible for protecting Su Muyu, so he naturally sat down next to Su Muyu.
Jin Xu suddenly had an idea and quickly tried to grab the seat on the other side of Lan Ziye, but Chu Xining sat down and looked up at Jin Xu coldly.
Jin Xu curled her lips and had to sit down next to Chu Xining.
