The doctor's words plunged everyone into despair once again.

"Damn it! Playing tricks! I bet he was sent by Wang Ming to cover up the crime!"
"Xu Kuo! You son of a bitch! Get your ass out here right now! Don't you dare blaspheme Captain Sheng in there!"

The crowd was furious, and the officers' shouts almost lifted the roof off the hospital!

"I believe in Xu Kuo! He's not one to speak carelessly! If he says there's hope, he must have some reason to be confident! Let's wait!"
Upon hearing this, everyone was stunned and stared at Zhou Changke in disbelief.
"Old Zhou! Are you out of your mind?!" The beaten police officer jumped up. "He's just a greenhorn! What does he know about medicine?! What kind of spell has he cast on you?!"

He took a deep breath, dejectedly loosened his clenched fist, and stopped talking, only fixing his gaze on the tightly closed emergency room door.

Zhou Changke's silence filled the atmosphere outside the door with despair and anger once again.
The shouts, cries, and pounding on the door mingled together, creating a heartbreaking noise.
Just then, the police officer who had been beaten revealed a fierce expression. He gritted his teeth and growled in a somewhat ferocious manner.
"Damn it! This isn't going to work! Captain Sheng can't wait any longer! Since he won't come out, let's go and 'invite' his people from his hideout over! I refuse to believe he doesn't care about the lives of his family members!"
This suggestion instantly ignited the ferocity within all the officers!
"Yes! Arrest his family!"

Several agitated officers immediately responded, their eyes flashing with vengeful glints, and turned to take action.
