Since Yue Tingshan left his adoptive parents, He Yuhan had never inquired about their affairs. They weren't really related anyway, so naturally she wouldn't care. This was the first time she'd heard news about them since then.
She knew that since her husband had said those things, Yue Tingshan must be planning to take revenge on that family. It seemed that Yue Tingshan had never forgotten the suffering that family had brought him.

Perhaps it was because of your influence that he didn't harm that family.
Han Yixian smiled wryly to himself. He had originally wanted his wife to stop caring so much about Yue Tingshan, but the effect was the opposite; instead, it made his wife care about him even more.
He didn't know why, but subconsciously he felt a strong aversion to Yue Tingshan, always feeling that Yue Tingshan posed a threat to him.

Han Yixian laughed and said, "If we're talking about the youngest, you are the youngest, but you always take on more responsibility. You should think more about yourself. I won't laugh at you for acting cute in front of me; I like it."
He Yuhan glared at Han Yixian and said, "How can I act cute with so many elders in our family? I'm afraid they'll laugh at me."
Han Yixian said, "That's the downside of living with elders. Couples have to be careful in everything they do if they want to be intimate. It's so inconvenient. I don't want to be like those couples who are overly polite to each other. That's so boring."
He Yuhan patted Han Yixian on the shoulder, looked around to make sure no one was coming, and then whispered reproachfully, "Don't talk nonsense, it's not good if someone hears you."
