Chapter 541 All in One Go

He Yuhan found the women who had been arrested earlier that day in a house. They were all tied up and sitting on a pile of firewood. Some of them were still crying quietly.

An oil lamp was lit inside the room. In the dim light, He Yuhan could tell that these women were all very elegant and came from good families. They probably had never suffered such hardship before.

As a fellow woman, He Yuhan felt she should save these women. If she didn't help, these women would face endless torment.

He Yuhan did not disturb them at first, but continued to explore other places.

At this time, most of the people on the island went out to drink and celebrate, which shows that they had indeed plundered a lot of valuables.

He Yuhan wondered if she should take advantage of the situation and steal everything from this group. Yes, that's it! After all, these robbers' wealth was ill-gotten; she could keep it and donate it later.

It wasn't hard to find where the group of people on the island kept their valuables, because there were guards at the door, and the house was very large and well-sealed, with only two tall iron windows, making it a very important place.

He Yuhan hid in a secluded spot, watching the two men standing guard at the door, pondering how to deal with them.

Finally, He Yuhan took out the animal tranquilizer dart gun used for capturing animals, and the needles were, of course, loaded with a powerful anesthetic.

Holding the prepared tranquilizer gun, He Yuhan revealed a mischievous smile in the darkness.

She first released a cat, intending to attract the two men's attention.

The cat was very helpful; it ran up to the two guards and meowed.

The two were indeed attracted, and one of them said, "Hey, where did this cat come from? Do we have cats on our island?"

Another person said, "Maybe someone brought it back, maybe it's a stray cat."

Taking advantage of the moment when their attention was diverted, He Yuhan quickly shot out the anesthetic needle.

One of them felt something prick him. He was about to touch the spot when he felt his body become somewhat out of control, and then he felt dizzy and fell to the ground.

The other person was startled when he saw his companion fall to the ground and quickly asked, "What happened? How did you fall?"

Just then, He Yuhan fired another needle, and soon both of them were knocked down and fell into a coma.

He Yuhan waited until the two men were lying motionless on the ground before quietly emerging from the shadows and kicking them. She was relieved when there was no reaction.

He Yuhan arrived at the front door of the house and found it locked with a large padlock. This didn't stump He Yuhan; she simply took out a master key and other tools, and the padlock was quickly opened.

She already knew some lock-picking techniques before, and after studying them carefully and asking Han Yixian for advice several times, her lock-picking skills can now be described as superb.

He Yuhan unlocked the large lock and entered the house. Using a flashlight, she saw it was a warehouse. The first large room she entered was filled with bags of things; He Yuhan checked and found they were grain.

He Yuhan didn't hold back and took him in immediately.

After looking around and finding nothing amiss, she went to the door of the second room. This room was also locked, but she simply unlocked it.

She was glad she had the skill to pick locks; otherwise, it would have been a real struggle.

Upon entering the room, He Yuhan discovered that it was filled with large boxes.

She opened a box and found it filled with jewelry. Various pieces of jewelry were mixed together haphazardly, clearly indicating that they had been stolen and hastily packed into the box.

He Yuhan didn't stand on ceremony and put all the jewelry away, leaving an empty box.

Most of the boxes in the house were unlocked, and some of the locks on the boxes were broken, probably by the people who were robbing these things. This made things easier for He Yuhan.

He Yuhan would store the useful items inside any box that could be opened into her spatial storage. As for boxes that couldn't be opened, she wouldn't waste time and would simply store them away, dealing with them later when she had time.

The place is mostly filled with treasures, including many chests of gold, various jewelry, antiques and paintings, old silver dollars and gold and silver coins from other countries, as well as some paper money, and so on.

This treasure was probably accumulated by this gang through numerous robberies; they had amassed quite a fortune, and now she had taken it all. I wonder if those robbers will be furious when they wake up and discover their years of accumulated wealth has been stolen, leaving them with nothing.

He Yuhan chuckled as she collected various treasures, leaving empty boxes as long as they weren't locked.

After searching one room, He Yuhan went to another. This room was filled with cabinets. When He Yuhan opened one of the cabinets, she found it contained neatly arranged jade carvings.

The jade carvings were all of very high quality, shimmering with a lustrous sheen under the light of He Yuhan's flashlight.

He Yuhan was astonished when she saw this cabinet full of jade carvings; these would be priceless treasures in the future.

He Yuhan looked at each cabinet and was truly amazed. Most of the items inside were ornaments, all of which were very precious and probably stolen from wealthy people.

Some cabinets contained pieces of high-quality jade; it's unclear where the pirates got them from.

He Yuhan didn't stand on ceremony and took them all.

He Yuhan ransacked several warehouses, leaving only some empty cabinets and boxes.

He Yuhan walked to the door with satisfaction, closed the door, locked the padlock, and restored it to its original state.

He Yuhan quietly came to the outside of the big house where everyone was celebrating. She heard that it was completely silent inside. She looked out the window and saw that everyone inside was lying on the ground in disarray.

However, not everyone was drinking and celebrating. Soon, people realized something was wrong and quickly ran out to report it.

He Yuhan realized that many people were still conscious, which was very disadvantageous for her escape. She had to find something to distract them.

He Yuhan immediately returned to the warehouse and went inside. She took out some gasoline from her spatial storage and poured it on the wooden boxes and cabinets. Then she set them on fire, making it seem as if everything there had been burned.

After setting the fire, He Yuhan quickly went to the place where the women were being held.

She had to wait for the right moment, until everyone had gone to put out the fire, before she could take these women to the dock.

He Yuhan quickly went into her spatial storage and prepared some things, including food and water, which would be needed after setting sail. She packed the items into several backpacks, intending to give one to each woman.

Soon He Yuhan heard someone shout, "Fire! The warehouse is on fire! Hurry and get to the fire!"

Then came shouts of people rushing to put out the fire.
