After He Yuhan suggested visiting the textile factory, she began making preparations. She contacted Du Zhuoyuan and asked him to collect information about textile machinery, especially the machinery of this era. Liu Jiaxin was somewhat disappointed when she arrived at the alley entrance but did not encounter the man. She stood at the alley entrance for a while but still did not see the man, so she had no choice but to go to her cousin's house in disappointment.
Yan Qingya had already returned from work and was very happy to see her cousin. She was grateful that her cousin had kept her company the past few nights.

Liu Jiaxin didn't let her cousin see her off. She went out of the courtyard, pushed her bicycle, looked back at the innermost part of the alley, and then pushed her bicycle out of the alley.
Suddenly she saw a man riding a bicycle appear at the entrance of the alley ahead, and her eyes lit up immediately. She never expected to see this man again.
At this moment, Liu Jiaxin had long forgotten what her cousin had said about the man being married. Her eyes burned as she looked at the man getting closer and closer, her heart pounding. She wondered if she should strike up a conversation.
Han Yixian was very busy at work today and got off work quite late. As soon as he entered the alley, he felt someone was watching him. He looked up and saw a young woman staring at him. Han Yixian recognized that look; he had seen it many times before.
Han Yixian had never liked women like that. Even before they were married, he never gave them the time of day, let alone now that he was with He Yuhan. He needed to stay away from all women and absolutely couldn't cause any misunderstandings that would hurt his wife.
Han Yi's face turned cold as he thought of this. He glanced coldly at the woman staring at him and then quickly rode his bicycle past her.
