As dawn broke, Gu Qishen and He Zhenhua were able to see the saplings in their entirety. Each sapling was quite large and very vibrant, as if they had just been dug out of the ground.

Gu Qishen and He Zhenhua stayed in the countryside for several days before returning. Both of them were tanned and had lost a lot of weight, and they even had some stubble because they hadn't brought razors.

Today's big pot is supposed to be mutton and radish soup, but it's actually mostly meat. He Yuhan stewed it for a long time, and the meat is very tender.

There was also a large bowl of steamed buns made from two different types of dough on the table.
Everyone sat around the table, eating mutton, radishes, and steamed buns, and drinking mutton soup. After one bowl of soup, everyone felt warm all over; after another bowl, sweat began to bead on their foreheads. Everyone inwardly praised how delicious the mutton was.
