Chapter 514 Evil Thoughts

"Hmph, he's inside! You go in, I'm going to Aunt Wu's house for a bit."

After pursing her lips, Sister-in-law Wang turned around and knocked on Aunt Wu's door.

Lai Zi was surprised that Sister-in-law Wang would let him into the house, and he walked into the yard feeling flattered.

He craned his neck toward the kitchen, which hadn't been lit yet, but didn't see anything to eat. Then he strolled into the middle of the living room.

Wang Laowu was seen sitting on a recliner with his head tilted to the side, his mouth twitching from time to time.

Both legs were splinted, and there was blood in the gauze-wrapped areas.

Laizi squatted down and reached out to poke it.

But Wang Laowu didn't move at all. What does that prove? It proves that Wang Laowu is really paralyzed.

Tsk tsk, if a man becomes paralyzed, his life is essentially over.

As he was sighing, he heard a soft voice behind him.

What do you think of him?

Lai Zi was so frightened he almost jumped up from the ground. He turned around and saw that it was Sister Wang holding a basket of green vegetables, staring at him with a strange expression on her face.

"Sister-in-law, you scared me to death."

"I...I just wanted to see if my brother's leg would ever heal!"

Lai Zi thought that Wang Da Sao was upset because he had poked Wang Lao Wu's leg without thinking, and that's why he said that. He subconsciously explained.

Sister-in-law Wang snorted coldly after hearing his explanation.

Then he stepped forward and casually placed the basket of vegetables he was carrying on the table in the living room.

As he walked toward Wang Laowu, he gave Lai Zi a strange smile as he passed by.

When the leper saw it, he couldn't help but feel a chill run down his spine.

Then they saw Wang's sister-in-law kick the spot where he had just poked Wang Laowu's wound hard.

The gauze, already stained with blood, was further stained with bright red snow, making the already dried bloodstains wet again.

Upon seeing this, Lai Zi opened his mouth wide and stared at Wang Da Sao with wide eyes, completely bewildered.

I don't understand what she meant by doing this.

"Look, even when I kick him like this, he can't even groan."

"Hehehe..."

Thinking of the exhilarating moment, Sister-in-law Wang laughed, but the laughter sounded as if someone had stepped on her neck.

A chill ran through Lai Zi's heart. Had this Sister-in-law Wang gone mad from the shock?

As if knowing his thoughts, Sister-in-law Wang turned to look at Lai Zi, stopped laughing, and snorted, saying, "Don't worry, I'm not crazy."

After saying that, he glanced at the leper again.

She used to see Lai Zi mooching off Wang Laowu, and she felt disgusted by him whenever she saw him.

Looking closely now, it becomes clear that while Lai Zi isn't exactly handsome, he's still much better looking than Wang Laowu.

Perhaps it was because Wang's wife felt better after abusing Wang Laowu, but she found herself finding Lai Zi increasingly pleasing to the eye.

When Lai Zi was stared at by Sister Wang, he initially felt a chill, but later he found that Sister Wang's gaze was becoming increasingly strange, and he couldn't help but take a step back.

"Sister-in-law... Sister-in-law... The snow is getting heavier and heavier, so I won't stay here for dinner. I'll head back now."

After stammering through his words, the leper turned to leave.

Unexpectedly, Sister-in-law Wang was much faster than him.

With a loud "bang," Sister-in-law Wang slammed the door to the living room.

Then, glancing at him and then at Wang Laowu, whose neck was crooked and whose eyes were lifeless as he stared at them, a wave of malice rose in his heart.
