Fu Xiuhua didn't cry for long. Although their place was quite far from the girls' dormitory and the road was relatively remote, it was hard to guarantee that no one would pass by.
It would be bad if I saw myself crying and some gossip started about it.
Xiuhua quickly composed herself and wiped away her tears.
Tie Dan then said in a low voice, "Let's go!"
"Um……"
Xiuhua responded dejectedly and walked ahead, leaving Tiedan to follow behind and escort her back.
When they arrived at the girls' dormitory, Tiedan watched his second sister go inside before turning around and walking towards the boys' dormitory.
Fu Xiuhua thought that she had been delayed for a while, and that everyone in the dormitory should have returned by now.
When they opened the door, they found that there was no one inside.
It was the room next door; light was shining through the crack in the door, so someone must have come back.
After brushing her teeth, washing her face and feet, Xiuhua lay back on the bed, her eyes red and staring blankly at the ceiling, seemingly lost in thought.
It wasn't until her eyelids started to droop and she drifted off to sleep that a thought surfaced in her mind.
As dawn broke the next day, Xiuhua immediately opened her eyes.
Although her eyelids were a little puffy, the redness was no longer visible.
After she sat up, she looked around and found that all the classmates who hadn't returned to their dorms the night before had come back.
Zhou Haimei, who shared a dorm room, yawned and casually glanced to the side.
Seeing Fu Xiuhua sitting on the bed in a daze, he couldn't help but mutter, "Xiuhua, what are you daydreaming about so early?"
In the past, if Fu Xiuhua got up, she would definitely be reading a book. It's rare to see her spacing out like this.
Upon hearing the question, Fu Xiuhua snapped out of her daze and turned to look at Zhou Haimei.
Then he shook his head and said it was nothing, then lifted the blanket, put on his pants and clothes, and took the basin to brush his teeth and wash his face.
After washing up, I felt refreshed and invigorated.
Then he softly asked Zhou Haimei, who had already woken up, "Where did you go yesterday? Why did you come back so late?"
She remembered lying in bed, not knowing how much time had passed, but when she closed her eyes and fell asleep, none of the girls in her dormitory had returned.
Hearing Fu Xiuhua's curious question, Zhou Haimei, who had been lazily lying on the bed, still didn't want to get up even though she was awake.
I'd rather stay in bed as long as I can, even for just one more second.
But as soon as Xiuhua spoke, her expression changed, her eyes darted left and right, and she stammered an excuse.
Fortunately, Fu Xiuhua didn't expect Zhou Haimei to reply; she was just asking casually!
With her books and backpack on, Fu Xiuhua left the dormitory.
It's only 6 o'clock now. After breakfast, I can review my lessons with Tiedan until 8 o'clock, which is about 2 hours. After we've finished reviewing, it's not too late to go to class.
Little did she know that inside the dormitory, after Fu Xiuhua left...
Zhou Haimei then woke up the other four people.
"I'm telling you, keep everything that happened yesterday a secret. Don't tell anyone, especially Fu Xiuhua. Do you understand?"
Zhou Haimei warned, biting her lower lip as she addressed everyone.
The other four people naturally thought of what happened after they came out of the auditorium last night.
I was incredibly excited when the senior students invited me to go dancing!
But now, looking back, they are terrified. If this had gotten out, their reputations would have been ruined!
