Chapter 827 Not Disdain

The nurse had been secretly thinking to herself that this father was really no good, disliking his child.

Seeing how anxious and concerned he was about the mother in labor, I couldn't help but nod in approval.

It seems he does have some redeeming qualities; at least he cares about his wife.

"Don't worry, I'll be out soon."

After saying that, he went inside, leaving Fu Hongxing, who was holding a baby in each arm, waiting anxiously.

However, just as the nurse had said, Ning Jing was quickly wheeled out.

Ning Jing was fine giving birth in the operating room, but as soon as she was wheeled out of the operating room, she saw Fu Hongxing holding his two sons, looking nervous and bewildered, and tears immediately streamed down her face.

"Honey, what's wrong? Is it still in pain? Don't cry. I asked you, and you can't cry during your postpartum period. It's bad for your eyes."

Fu Hongxing rushed forward, bending down to wipe Ning Jing's tears, but with his two sons in his arms, he couldn't free his hands at all.

He was so anxious that he could only try his best to comfort her.

She even handed her son forward and turned to let Ning Jing see him.

"Look, you gave me two big, fat sons."

Although she's ugly, I don't mind.

Ning Jing, who was pouting and crying, was about to burst into laughter when she heard Fu Hongxing's words, and her eyebrows immediately stood up.

She reached out and pinched Fu Hongxing's waist hard, saying angrily, "Who are you calling ugly? Our sons aren't ugly at all. Look at them, how handsome they are!"

After saying that, she looked at her two sons, looking at them back and forth, as if she couldn't get enough of looking at them.

Hiss... Fu Hongxing grinned. Seeing that Ning Jing had finally forgotten to cry, he didn't dare to refute his wife's opinion on their son's looks.

As long as his wife doesn't cry, he'll accept it even if it's a case of calling a deer a horse.

Upon arriving at the ward, Fu Hongxing first placed her two sons on the bed next to her.

Then, without needing a caregiver, he knelt directly on the hospital bed and easily lifted Ning Jing from the trolley onto the bed.

After tidying up, she picked up her two sons and placed them on either side of Ning Jing's arms.

Before leaving, the nurse said to the two new parents, "The baby won't be hungry now. When he gets hungry, just let him nurse more."

If the child can't get it out, the father should help.

Upon hearing this, Ning Jing and Fu Hongxing were stunned for a long time, then looked down at their chests and blushed simultaneously.

"Ahem, are you hungry? I'll go cook you a bowl of noodles!"

After Fu Hongxing finished speaking, he stood up abruptly and ran out.

Seeing Fu Hongxing flee in panic, Ning Jing, who was originally a little shy, burst out laughing.

He pointed a finger at his two sons' noses and said softly, "Your father is shy!"

Fortunately, the hospital had a cafeteria, and by the time Fu Hongxing found the head chef there, his face had returned to normal.

He slipped 50 cents into the chef's hand and asked him to kill an old hen and stew it. Then the chef made him a bowl of chicken soup noodles with the oil skimmed off and a poached egg in the noodles.

The old hen wasn't in a hurry; it planned to wait until evening, stew it until it was tender, and then give the soup and meat to its wife.

The head chef received 50 cents for free; the cost of the old hen, noodles, and eggs was calculated separately. He still made a small profit from it and was quite happy.

So when Fu Hongxing offered to watch over the stewing hen, he didn't say anything.

After all, he has to cook dinner in the evening!
